This listing is a dishonest scam. The washer and dryer did not work. I was told two days before we left. Washers and dryers donât break at the same time. I was told we would get a refund of the very necessary â amenityâ in the beginning. She never gave a direct answer. I asked, again the day we left; she said she would confirm the next day. She didnât. Iâve contacted her twice today and she has now ghosted me. There was a mountain of trash(picture), stinking dirty used wet mop heads in a bucket in one of my elderly aunts bedroom closet(picture). The pool and jacuzzi was filthy, I do t think the outside banisters will be up for long, the fences were broken. Dilapidated is a word Iâd use for the outside upkeep. We drove to the laundry mat multiple times, since itâs a family sized house for families, and spent many hours of our vacation washing clothes. Iâve never felt so shamelessly ripped off. Check out the cobwebs on the light fixtures and see if theyâre still there. Iâll leave pictures. The person took a tone when I asked if they had another similar property. She gave me the, âAS I SAIDâ attitude about compensating for the missing âamenitiesâ. She didnât and stopped communicating. A washer and dryer for a family that big is not an amenity. Itâs a necessity. Surprised there was even a water heater or running water for that matter. Iâve never left a negative scathing review before. I really hope the next people that stay there have better luck
