Speaking of cars: parking is, of course, free for our guests.The apartment is located south of the village of Kurtatsch in the middle of vineyards. There is a communal garden and communal pool. The apartment has a private parking space and a bus stop (220m) can be found near the property.Service Hours: Night service is not guaranteed between 7:00 PM and 8:00 AM.Late Check-Out: Late check-out is permitted only with prior written confirmation from MUSE.office. Absent such confirmation, a full day's rate will be charged.Same-Day Bookings: For reservations made on the same day as arrival, check-in is allowed only from 5:00 PM onwards.Pets: Not all properties permit pets. Guests must notify MUSE.holiday via a separate email of their intention to bring pets. Where allowed, a fee of €15.00 per pet per night applies.Crib, High Chair, and Bed Guard: These items are available upon request for an additional fee and must be booked in advance.Check-In After 7:00 PM: Late check-in is available only if communicated by 6:00 PM on the day of arrival and is contingent upon presentation of required documentation and payment of the tourist tax and any extras via credit card.Heating and Air Conditioning Usage (If available): Heating is operational from October to April but will not be activated if external temperatures exceed 15°C or internal temperatures reach or exceed 21°C. Where allowed, prior confirmation from MUSE.holiday is required, and additional fees may apply.Utility Waste Charges: Unnecessary consumption of utilities, such as leaving lights on in unoccupied spaces or operating heating with windows open, will incur additional charges.Ventilation Requirement: Guests are required to ventilate the apartment twice daily (morning and evening) for a minimum of five minutes each time to prevent moisture buildup and mold formation. Failure to comply will result in charges for remediation if mold is detected upon departure.Wi-Fi Service: Due to the property's geographical location, Wi-Fi services may be intermittent or slow, and uninterrupted connectivity cannot be guaranteed.Consumables: The property is not supplied with consumables such as spices, shampoo, or soap. Any such items present are part of a welcome kit and will not be replenished during the stay.Payments at Check-In: Guests are required to pay the tourist tax and provide pre-authorization of a €500 security deposit via credit card at check-in.Final Cleaning: Final cleaning fees cover only standard cleaning.
