Agilla - Two Bedroom Apartment, Sleeps 6

This charming 80 m² air-conditioned duplex apartment with sea and mountain views, less than a kilometre from the beach, can accommodate up to 6 people and is located in the commune of L'Île-Rousse. Located on the 2nd floor (with lift), it comprises a lovely 25 m² living room, an open-plan fitted kitchen, two bedrooms, two shower rooms and a balcony from which to enjoy the sunrises and sunsets. Wifi included, we're waiting for you!

The housing is composed as follows:
On the ground floor of the duplex :
- A living room of 25 m² with TV and dining area.
- An open kitchen equipped with: Nespresso coffee maker, filter coffee machine, electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, hotplates...
- Bedroom 1: a queen-size bed (160×200).
- A shower room with shower and toilet.
On the first floor:
- Bedroom 2: a double bed (140×190).
- A large library space of about 40 m² composed of a sleeping area with a double bed (140×190).
- A shower room with shower and WC.

Outside :
- A large terrace of about 21 m², facing North-East with furniture to enjoy the nice days and the view.

For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, plancha, fan, ironing board and iron.

The apartment is ideally located in L'Île-Rousse, in a very pleasant environment, close to the city center at 10 minutes on foot and at 12 minutes on foot from the beach. You will be able to benefit from the proximity of all the essential businesses but also of stores, restaurants, bars, market (very famous of Ile Rousse on Wednesday and Friday morning with delicatessen, honey, essential oils...)...

Activities :
Ile-Rousse, nicknamed the Saint-Tropez of Corsica, has something to please everyone: sun lovers will appreciate the warmest micro-climate of Corsica!
Sit on the village square lined with cafes and contemplate the clear turquoise water of the Balagne coast. The cobbled streets of the old town are full of places to eat, drink and buy traditional local products. Ile Rousse is the Saint-Tropez of Corsica! Come and discover its heritage, its beach and its sumptuous landscapes.
From the harbor, you can go to the center of Ile Rousse by the beautiful interior streets or by the Marinella promenade which goes along the coast until the fabulous place that is well known by the petanque amateurs, the Paoli place. Extend your walk to the beautiful Island of Pietra and that of Broccio for where you will have a breathtaking view of the Mediterranean!

As for other means of transportation, here is some information that may be useful to you:
- Bus Corsicar Line to Calvi-Bastia, Line to Saint-Florent
- Ferry from Ile-Rousse to Marseille, Toulon and Nice.
- Nearest train station: Ile Rousse train station located at about 19 minutes on foot.
- Nearest airport: Calvi-Sainte Catherine airport located about 30 minutes away by car.

Other remarks :
- For greater comfort, the air conditioning was replaced in September 2023.
- Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request, with an extra charge (rental and payment to be made with our partner on site).
- Free Wifi available.
- Car rental available on site, at extra cost (rental and payment to be made on site). Volkswagen T-ROC model.
- Animals are not allowed in the accommodation.
- The cleaning at the end of the stay includes the preparation of the accommodation for future visitors. Thank you for leaving it in a correct state of cleanliness and for cleaning the household appliances after use.
