We propose you to rent, on the commune of La Bresse, this charming flat of a surface of 52 m ² and being able to accomodate to 4 travellers. Located on the 2nd floor (without lift) in a chalet, it is composed of a nice living room of 20 m², an open plan kitchen, two nice bedrooms, a shower room and a terrace with an exceptional view on the Vosges Massif.

The accommodation is composed as follows:
- A 20 m² living room with a cosy TV corner, a sofa and a dining area.
- An open kitchen equipped with: electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, hotplates, Nespresso coffee machine, raclette machine and fondue machine...
- Bedroom 1: a queen-size bed (160×200) and a TV.
- Bedroom 2: two single beds (90×190), children's books and board games.
- A shower room with shower, WC and washing machine.

Outside :
- A balcony terrace of about 8m² facing South-East, South-West with view on the mountains and the village to enjoy the nice days with table, chairs and parasol.
- An individual locked and secured room for your bikes and/or skis, ideal for your sports equipment.

For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional children's equipment: high chair, pushchair, baby cot, washing machine, raclette machine, fondue machine.

The property offers a privileged location, with an exceptional view of the mountains and the Bresse, all facing south-east, in a quiet location and not overlooked!
Ten minutes walk from the town centre, you will have all the local shops: supermarket, bakeries, butchers, sports shops, DIY, pharmacy, tobacconist's, souvenirs... and the sports complex: ice rink, swimming pool, bowling.
From the chalet, you can take the start of nice hikes (booklets and IGN map available).

Activities :
La Bresse, located in the Hautes Vosges, is a tourist resort for summer and winter sports. The village has obtained the label "Famille Plus Montagne" (Family Plus Mountain) and offers a multitude of activities and leisure activities:

In summer :
- More than 250 km of marked trails and 200 km of mountain bike circuits
- Bol d'Air adventure park: accrobranche, explore game, fantasticable, tyrolienne, paragliding, bungee jumping
- Visits : Chèvrerie du Brabant, Montagne des Lamas, Confiserie Bressaude, Saboterie, ferme des Rennes
- Gérardmer at 20 minutes,
- Lake Longemer (pedal boat, paddle, canoe, swimming)
- Villages and vineyards of Alsace (Colmar at 1h).

In winter :
- Alpine skiing: 3 ski areas including La Bresse-Hohneck (10 minutes by car from the flat), the largest area in the Vosges with aurora and night skiing, free shuttle
- Two other small family resorts: Lispach (6 runs) and Brabant (3 runs).
- Cross-country skiing: Lispach Nordic domain, route des Crêtes
- 40 km of snowshoe circuits
- Wiidoo Gliss (from 2 years old)

Events: Daffodil festival in April, Grandfondo VTT in June, Gerardmer triathlon in September, Xterra in Xonrupt-Longemer in July, Gerardmer fantasy film festival in January...

Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you will be able to park directly in the flat's private car park (only one vehicle on a numbered overhead space)

As for other means of transport, here is some information that may be useful to you:
- Nearest train station: Remiremont train station located about 27 minutes away by car.
- Nearest airport: Strasbourg airport located at about 1h45 by car.

- Free Wifi available.
- Bed linen provided.
- Towels are not included and can be provided on request, with an extra charge (rental and payment to be made with our partner on site). 6 € per person for a bath sheet and a towel.
- Animals are not allowed in the accommodation.
- No smoking (even on the balcony).
- The meter will be read on arrival and departure. In case of excessive consumption, a fixed amount will be charged.
- Cleaning at the end of your stay includes preparing the flat for future visitors. Please leave the accommodation in a clean and tidy condition and clean all appliances after use.
