Located on the 1st floor (no lift), it comprises a lovely 25 m² living room (with fireplace), a fitted kitchen, two good bedrooms and a bathroom (with bath). We're waiting for you!

The accommodation is as follows:
First floor:
- 25 m² living room with TV, fireplace, sofa and dining area
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- Bathroom with bath and WC

Second floor:
- Bedroom 1: with 1 double bed (140×190)
- Bedroom 2: with 1 double bed (140×190) and 1 single bed
- Separate WC

Outside:
- A 20 m² south-facing terrace, with furniture to make the most of the fine weather.

The flat is ideally located in La Bresse, in very pleasant surroundings. All the essential shops are close by, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.

Activities :
La Bresse, located in the Hautes Vosges, is a tourist resort for summer and winter sports. The village has been awarded the ‘Famille Plus Montagne’ label. In summer and winter alike, the Vosges offers a multitude of activities and leisure pursuits:

In winter :
- Downhill skiing: 3 ski areas including La Bresse-Hohneck (10 minutes' drive from the flat), the largest ski area in the Vosges.
- Two other small family resorts: Lispach (6 runs) and Brabant (3 runs).
- Cross-country skiing: Lispach Nordic ski area: 50 km of runs for all levels, 40 km of snowshoe trails, international biathlon stadium, floodlit track, toboggan runs, ice rink.

In summer:
- More than 250 km of waymarked trails and 200 km of mountain bike trails, Lac des Corbeaux, Lac de Lispach, pike, carp, perch and trout fishing...
- Adventure park, paragliding, bungee jumping, summer sledging, trial...
- Visits: confectionery, clog-making, Gérardmer (20 minutes away), Alsace villages and vineyards (Colmar 1 hour away).

Transport :
If you choose to come by car, free parking is available close to the accommodation.

As for other modes of transport, here is some information you may find useful:
- A winter shuttle bus to the ski slopes.
- Nearest train station: Remiremont station, around 27 minutes away by car.
- Nearest airport: Metz Nancy Lorraine airport located approximately 1 hour 56 minutes away by car.

Other comments:
- The fireplace is functional, the first flare is free.
- Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request at an additional cost (hire and payment to be made with our local partner). The prices given are for information only and are subject to change by our partner.
