This modern villa has a refined design and is built on a nice 3000-m2 ground planted with trees located at 6 km far from the seaside resort of Bandol and at 4 km far from the beaches. This new and comfortable building will be perfect for your holidays and will allow you to enjoy the advantages of the nearby sea and the peace of the vineyards of Bandol where the house is located. You will also enjoy the wonderful seaside resort of the Provencal coast. Indeed, in addition to famous Bandol, you will discover Saint Cyr and Sanary, two other wonderful places of your holidays.

INSIDE
The house is built on three levels. At the garden level, you will find a stay, an openkitchen, a storeroom, a room with double bed and one toilets. At the lower level, one room with two single beds and the other one with two single beds and a bed drawer, ideal for the children, a toilets and a bathroom. One of them has an access to outside. On the first floor, the main bedroom with a double bed, a separated toilets and a bathroom integrated into the room as well as a big balcony.

OUTSIDE
Three terraces allow you to fully enjoy the outside areas, the shade or the sun according the moment of the day. One of them is located on the sitting room level, one near the entrance of the house and the most bucolic one is located under the foliage of the pine trees at the end of the garden. This garden is perfectly fitted.

OUR OPINION
The possibility of alternating peace and serenity in a comfortable villa with the liveliness of the coast and the pleasures of the beach is quite rare. A perfect location and a priority choice.
