The property features a private above-ground swimming pool with a diameter of 4.60 m and a depth of 120 cm, available seasonally from 1 June to 30 September, perfect for refreshing summer days in the open air. The expansive yard encompasses a wildlife garden, mature trees, a natural garden, a meadow, and a picturesque pond, creating a rich and immersive natural environment. Wireless internet connection is available throughout the property, ensuring you remain connected during your stay, while convenient on-site parking provides effortless arrivals and departures for all guests.

On the ground floor, a spacious living and dining room forms the heart of the home, complete with an open-hearth fireplace, a dining table, and access to both the garden and the terrace. The open kitchen is fully equipped and connects to an additional dining area, while a separate WC is also located on this level. 1 bedroom on the ground floor is furnished with 1 double bed measuring 200 cm in width and 200 cm in length, and is served by a private shower and WC.
The upper floor features an open gallery with sloping ceilings, which includes 1 double sofabed and opens onto a balcony. This floor accommodates 2 further bedrooms, both with characteristic sloping ceilings. The first of these contains 1 double bed measuring 180 cm in width and 190 cm in length, with a bath and WC. The second bedroom is fitted with 1 double bed measuring 180 cm in width and 195 cm in length, and benefits from a shower, WC, a double hand-basin, and a corner bath.
