The first bedroom is appointed with 1 French bed measuring 140 cm in width and 190 cm in length. The remaining 2 bedrooms are each equipped with 2 single beds measuring 90 cm in width and 190 cm in length, making them well suited for families or groups. The bathroom is complemented by a separate WC. The fully equipped kitchen offers an oven, 4 gas rings, a toaster, a kettle, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine. A south-facing and east-facing terrace of 15 m2 extends the living space outdoors, furnished with terrace furniture and 4 deck chairs, and set within a generous garden of 800 m2. The apartment enjoys a beautiful view of the sea.
