The toilet seat was missing a bolt which was very loose. Told feont desk and they sais the maintenance person was busy. The pool was closed and looks to have been closed for some time. Otherwise it was clean.

This pictures are not what the hotel is like. The entry area is fine. We checked in, went to our room walked in and felt like we were in a dirty 1980s motel room. The bed spreads were dirty, the sheets had something on them and an ear plug was laying on the dirty sheet. The bathroom was dirty. The room had not been cleaned. We let the front desk know we want our money back and they said it will take 3-5 days. Would not suggest staying here.

2 floors, no elevator, lucky to have a room on 1st floor for 97 year old mother but our room was far away on 2nd floor. Our faucet leaked, the toilet leaked and puddled around the base, the toilet also ran constantly. There was no remote for tv. Complimentary breakfast was not what the website stated. Milk, cereal, bananas, tangerines and very bad coffee that we could not finish. We went to Perkins. My mother's room also had various minor issues. The staff was very nice and accommodating.

We stayed 2 nights. Breakfast was cereal and granola bars, and one morning they actually had some bananas. No working ice machine, and the pool looks like it is on a permanent vacation. The refrigerator in our room needed to be defrosted, and the door would not shut tight, so we could not use it at all. The beds were comfortable, and the bathroom was okay.

Rundown, what appears to be in the bathroom a clear handprint that looks bloody on the door frame with drops of blood in the bathroom, and the bathroom door looks like it was punched in. I do have pictures of it all. I will never stay there again. I didn’t comment to the staff which I probably should’ve, but I just wanted to get out of there as fast as I could.

Absolutely dirty. Mildew..unvaccumed room, bottle caps on floor, one bed had used sheets on it..stained but fresh stains..no towels in bathroom, 1/4 roll of toilette paper..broken tiles, no internet, tv did not work, i cannot belive it was even on orbitz. We could not find logding so late in the day when we arrived from an 6 hour trip. Pool is not in order, not that wed use it but still advertised. When we went out to dinner, doors open in the back for anyone to walk in, hallways reeked of Marijuana, we slept in our clothes on top of the comforter after spraying with lysol we bought. Bed was as hard as plywood. Microwave was filthy too!!!!! When we left this morning we peeked in a dingy room outside the front desk where the "so called" continental breakfast area was, there were generic nutrigrain bars, cereal with a jug of luke warm milk on the counter...can anyone say listeria? The counter people were disgusting and Rude. Reporting to BBB, Attorney General and the Health Department as we both felt sick after even staying in that terrible non ventilated room. Demanding a refund!

Hotel is being revitalized, we ended up in a renovated room that wasn't quite ready for prime time after looking at two other rooms. This is an inexpensive property undergoing improvements, use this as context for the review. Front desk staff was great, helpful, gave us the chance to look at several rooms before we chose the one we stayed in. The room we ended up in was mostly redone, new beds, flooring, furniture, tv, fridge (still had packing tape inside, I think we were the first to use the room). Clean and comfortable, but there wasn't a trash can, spare blanket, alarm clock, desk chair, or anywhere to hang anything. Another day or two of attention would have helped. We were looking for a place to spend one night, this was fine for the price paid. If it had all the elements we were missing I would have rated this a notch higher, if we had been directed straight to it without checking other rooms then two notches higher. FYI, the first room I looked at was not renovated, but was clean, looked comfortable, I checked and everything worked except the bathroom light which didn't fully light. Second room was renovated but seemed like there might be an issue with the air conditioning. Overall, property was better than recent reviews would have led me to expect, and seems to be heading in a good direction.

We stayed September 26, 2025. I can't believe this place can legally be open. The electrical outlets don't work, it looked like it hadn't been vacuumed at all. There were empty pop bottles under our bed. It was the dirties and worst hotel I have ever stayed in. I would never suggest this place to anyone. Like I said, I can't believe they are open. Obviously this location hasn't been inspected.

I would not recommend this place unless you want dirty floors and bugs everywhere in your room. Our TV was broken, stains on the walls and counter tops, bugs EVERYWHERE, stuff all over the floor- it looked like no one cleaned it from the last guest. Housekeeping knocked on our door after we checked in! The stairwell smelt like vomit and the air in the whole building was stale and had no movement. Not impressed with what we got for the price we paid. Will not be returning!

Nope.

The staff were super nice, but the hotel room waa horrible. I always check for bed bugs and when I lifted the sheet my jaw dropped at the state of the mattress and mattress pad. The couch was caved in and covered in stains. I ate my dinner but felt so wigged out by the state of the room that i didnt even stay, I left a couple hours later. I dont know if I can get my money back, but i sure wish I could.

The room & hallways were filthy. Completely disgusting, we travel a lot and we've never experienced this bad of conditions. 3 people & only 1 towel, toilet paper roll was empty, stains all over the floor. The entrance was the only thing that was in decent shape. Photo below is the mattress. Completely disappointed, unsure how they even passed any sort of health inspection.

Front desk people were nice and doing their best. No elevator to 2nd floor, pool closed, no soap, shower exhaust fan didn't work, minimal towels (no wash cloth), no cups, and not very clean. A very old motel that isn't being kept up very well. BUT... price for room was better than other places. Despite the poor conditions, I've stayed in worse, and would stay here again in a pinch.

Nothing at this property worked, I was not even greeted when I came to check in, ignored, accused of not having a reservation, etc. Nothing worked in the room, huge cockroaches in the room, black water coming out of faucets, this is the worst property I've ever been at. I demand a refund.

When we got to the hotel, it was late - about 10:30pm. The lady working had to show me the room before we could check in - seemed odd - I asked multiple times why and she just kept telling me there was no problem - wrong, big problem - the a/c was leaking and the carpet was sopping wet. A/C was off so the room was hot - if we turned it on, the a/c would just keep leaking. The room smelled so strongly of bleach you could barely breathe. Refused to help me cancel our room or contact Hotels.com to explain why we decided not to stay and make sure we got a refund. Nowhere else in town to stay due to other things going on in the area so we had to drive 2.5 hours home at 11:30pm. Hotel was dirty, staff seemed very sketchy and she kept telling me she was talking to "her team" but would not explain what that meant. Parking lot was FULL of Amazon trucks - the whole thing was weired and seemed very shady. Would never recommend.

This place should be shut down. Walking to my room, I noted carpet stains more or less continuously down the hallway, dim lighting, and urine stains on the walls (and the odor) The air was redolent with drug smoke and incense, and on arrival in my (also smelly) room #235, I encountered debris on the floor, a urine soaked towel on the floor, and what can only be described as a sink full of drug ashes and other by-products. In addition, there were young men roaming the hallways. I've never been in a skeevier building in my life, and immediately felt my safety and health were at significant risk. I left as quickly as I could. I didn't want to stick around and talk to the desk, the place was too sketchy and dangerous. This is a serious review. No hyperbole.

This facility looked very nice on the internet; however, the carpeting in hallways was dirty and needed vacuuming, the bathroom in our room was dirty and had dirty towels, the room was ok, but nothing like the picture, half the outlets didnt work. The outside looked like it had once been a very nice place. If we had time we would have left, but came for a wedding so made the best out of a bad choice.
