Staff was friendly but hotel looked nothing like pictures. Very run down. Ceiling open with wires showing and water dripping in. No toilet seat in bathroom in room. Heat went out, staff did fix that. Mattress was stained. Hair in the shower.

The room was cold when i arrived, i could not get it above 65 degrees. The televidikn had increfibly limited stations available. The poolnand lounge were closed. The hallways were very dirty

First off the staff was very friendly, that was the only thing that was decent about this place. Although I asked if there were any events going on around town and there was a language barrier. Did understand what I was asking. The hotel as a whole needs a major renovation. It looks like the supposed "largest indoor pool", has been under construction until the begin of time. The rooms are very cheaply put together and there are decor falling off the walls. Not having carpets in the rooms is efficient and easy to clean however also not the coziest. The beds were very uncomfortable and the bedding was extremely itchy. We were told there was a breakfast served which in my understanding it NOT a couple bananas, stale cereal and a carton of milk. I have been to quite a few hotels that have had so many more amenities, have had awesome continental breakfasts that are half the price of what we paid for the hotel. If I was scoring this on a 1-5 stars, definitely rate a 2.5 only because the staff was friendly, otherwise a 2 star rating. I would not recommend this hotel.

This pictures are not what the hotel is like. The entry area is fine. We checked in, went to our room walked in and felt like we were in a dirty 1980s motel room. The bed spreads were dirty, the sheets had something on them and an ear plug was laying on the dirty sheet. The bathroom was dirty. The room had not been cleaned. We let the front desk know we want our money back and they said it will take 3-5 days. Would not suggest staying here.
