They greeted us with a smile along with a welcome gift back that contained water and snacks. It was a nice touch after a long car ride. Facility was clean. Bed comfortable. Everything that we needed.

Received a gift bag at check in. Had a granola bar in it that was stale. Body wash dispenser in shower ran out after 1 day. First hotel I’ve stayed in that didn’t have coffee in the lobby for at least 5 years. Location was great, though. Bed was very comfortable.

Convenience and Comfort in LaCrosse

All staff was wonderful at the Pear Street Hotel. Breakfast was simple and rooms were clean, plus the hotel is right in the heart of Downtown LaCrosse. The appliances could use some updates (toilet handles kept sticking, AC didnt seem to work or be adjusted), but other than that, it was great.
