Only a 5 min. drive over to the new Marina at La Cruz, and several excellent restaurants in the local town and one a great market every Sunday. The home is well located right in the center of the north side of the bay, just a short drive to Bucerias, La Cruz, Sayulita, San Pancho, Punta Mita, which are all great hot spots for restaurants, entertainment, cafés and bars.

Really wanted to give 5 stars.

Really nice house in a safe gated community. I really wanted to give the house a five star stay but had to dock a star because the house is not set up for travellers, especially foreign travellers. There are no amenities ( no soap, no shampoo, no drinking water, no salt, no pepper, no spices, no coffee or filters, no dishwasher pods….) and I had to dock another star for its location. While we loved the safety of the community, what Sergio doesn’t tell you in the listing is the only access to the beach is through the club which costs $500 pesos per person per day and that’s just to get to the beach!!! And the beach there is not very nice. So if you don’t have a vehicle there are no other options. Especially for my mom and dad who are in their 70s and 80s respectively.

Beautiful home, great location

Exceeded our expectations. If you want to use the beach and swimming pool, you will have to pay an additional fee at the beach club.
