I offer you a small renovated Solognote house, all furnished comfort. This property is adjoining on one side.
The house consists of a ground floor of about 40m² with fully equipped kitchen overlooking the living room where you can warm yourself by a wood fire, separate WC. Upstairs you will find a bedroom with a double bed, a small bedroom with a trundle bed and desk, as well as a bathroom. Outside with terrace to enjoy the sun
This property is close to the Château de Chambord (40 min) and the Loire castles, equestrian events by Lamotte Beuvron (15 min), center parc (15 min), Zoo Beauval (1 h), Orléans (15 min), Paris (1 h 30), close A71 motorway exit.
It is at your disposal: washing machine, dishwasher, oven, coffee maker, microwave, toaster, kettle, fridge with freezer compartment, TV, dishes, as well as plenty of storage.
Pets are not accepted, the accommodation is non-smoking.
