With multiple covered decks, two living rooms, and plenty of space to spread out across three floors, you’ll enjoy pools, golf, and a full marina nearby. Pet friendly.

✓ Access to the Deerfield pool, Tennis/ Pickle Ball courts, sand volleyball, playground on the other side of the neighborhood. You will either need to drive here in the car or a golfcart you have rented for your stay. Please bring your own equipment if you plan on playing tennis, pickle ball, or sand volleyball. The pools/ spas do not have lifeguards on duty, so it is up to you to monitor yourself. We ask that children under the age of 12 are supervised when using the amenities.

✓ Swimming Pool⎯▹Swimming Pools: Open Memorial Day Weekend - Labor Day Weekend. 10AM-9PM Daily. There is no lifeguard on duty. An adult must accompany children under the age of 12.

✓ Boat Rentals⎯▹If you want to enjoy the lake and don't own your own boat there are plenty of companies that rent the closest are Shanghai and Springs but other companies will also deliver and pick up the boat right to the slip so you can enjoy your trip.

➤ Can I work remotely here?
Yes — we have strong Wi-Fi and table space for laptops.

➤ Are pets allowed?
Yes we allow up to two pets. If they are to be left in the home without humans present we ask that you cage them. One Deerfield rule is all pets must be on leash and all bathroom activities must be picked up and disposed of in the trash bin.

➤ Where do you park boats and trailers?
Our boat slip information will be provided to you in your check in instructions or once you book if you are arranging for a delivery of a boat please reach out. Trailers are not permitted by the condos you must park your trailer in one of the trailer lots. Trailer lots are provided by Deer Storage and must be prepaid please contact them via email to secure a spot for your stay current cost is no more than $50 a week. I am happy to help you with their contact info once you have secured your reservation with me for the condo. The other option is the Deerfield Marina and can be paid for at time of launching. Deerfield Marina can take the $25 launch fee in cash or card but the trailer storage must be paid for in cash current cost is $15 a day per trailer.

➤ Is there lake access nearby?
Yep — a short walk down the third level deck steps and follow the cart path and your there. You can also rent a golf cart from Deerfield and drive right on down.

➤ Anything quirky to know?
There is a set of steps down to the first level. The home is the bottom three levels of the building.
There is a $25 fee to launch your boat at Deerfield the marina office is right at the top of the launch. They can take cash or card for this Fee.

Drive directly or rent a golf cart — Deerfield vendors will drop off and pick up.
