Nestled between the Cap Coz point and the Port-La-Forêt harbour, it offers a peaceful setting just steps away from beaches and coastal paths. Push the door and discover a reception hall that leads to the different spaces of the house. On your right, an independent kitchen recently renovated and fully equipped: refrigerator, freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, filter coffee maker and all the necessary equipment to cook. Moving straight ahead, you enter a large living room of about 40 m², featuring a fireplace, a lounge area with sofas and television, as well as a large extendable dining table for 10-12 people. This bright room opens directly onto the first terrace. Behind the living room, there is a bedroom with a double bed (140x190 cm), storage shelves and a desk. A bathroom with a bathtub and shower, as well as an independent toilet, complete the ground floor.



Upstairs there are four bedrooms, a reading area, a bathroom with a bathtub and a separate toilet. The first two bedrooms are equipped with a double bed (140x190 cm) and a storage cupboard. The third bedroom has two single beds (90x190 cm). The last bedroom, ideal for children, is fitted with a bunk bed, games and a desk.
