Le Bergeronnette is an apartment in a contemporary chalet on the south-facing hillside. Very quiet residential area overlooking the village. Bordered by fields and forests. Comfortable, bright, pleasant and warm cottage. Large exposed terrace. Superb unobstructed view of the village and mountains. Close to shops and services.
Gîte located 300m from the village of La Giettaz, 4km from the Evasion Mont Blanc ski area (445km of ski runs linking Megève, Combloux, St Gervais, St Nicolas de Véroce and Les Contamines-Montjoie). Privileged location in the Val d'Arly, between Savoie and Haute-Savoie, on the renowned Route des Grandes Alpes, a prestigious tourist route for motorcycles, cyclos and cars: access to La Clusaz and Le Grand-Bornand via the Col des Aravis. Walks and marked trails depart from the gite. Magnificent hikes in the Beaufortain and Aravis ranges, including the famous GRP Tour du Pays du Mont-Blanc. Chamonix, a world-renowned town for hikers and mountaineers, is 53km away.
