5 miles from Mt. Emily Recreational Area and a 10 minute drive to Hot Lakes Springs! 45 minute drive to Anthony Lakes for skiing, snowboarding and snow shoeing.

You have your own, private access to this basement apartment. It's important to note that the upstairs unit is a vacation rental, as well.
