I wish the breakfast hours were longer. I could hear the people next to us talking so the walls are pretty thin. The staff was very helpful and accommodating.

The hotel staff were welcoming and the check in process was quick and easy. Just be sure to check your bank account because they did try to double charge me for my room. They were quick to correct it but I hope it's not a regular occurrence with this establishment. Not sure if booking through Expedia caused some sort of miscommunication, so beware when booking through a third-party. I believe our thermostat was locked out on our second night. The breakfast was good for being included with our stay. The little store inside the hotel is extremely overpriced. $3 for a can of soda, absurd. Overall, our stay was great. The rooms were clean. Beds were comfortable and that's what really mattered most. Would stay here again but will book directly through the hotel in hopes of no double charge issues again.

The room was comfortable and quiet. Very disappointed to find only decaf coffee in the room. Before 9 AM the lobby had also run out of coffee. The hotel is quite overpriced for what you get.

Just my opinion but, most all the upholstered seating in breakfast area are so deep (distance of front-back measurements) are so long I cannot lean back. Or my feet stick straight out. Same for chair in my room. Not the desk chair. Full disclosure: I’m only 5’2”. Others, great property. Bravo

This is a beautiful hotel. Rooms are nice clean and spacious. Comfortable beds. The only thing I was disappointed with was the breakfast choices and the fruit was in need of throwing away.

Everyone was very nice at the front desk. And you can still get the new smell as you walk down the hallway to your room. The only disappointment was the ink spot that was on my bedspread, that should have been caught by the maid.
