Enjoyed everything, except: - dated hotel, stained and broken parts of the room in bathroom areas, wifi constantly kicks you off the network and makes you rejoin every minute (resort fee provides broken wifi????), and you are not able to park in their garage after check out, meaning you have to park elsewhere to enjoy the beach.

The location of the property is very good if you are interested in being on the Shores. However, the age of the property is showing and things look a little worn, musty smell etc. My main issue however is that I selected this property based on location (and previous stay) for a quiet, peaceful beach retreat. This was true most evenings except Friday night when the hotel had an event it the courtyard within a few feet of my window involving very loud (and really bad) karaoke until late in the night. When I commented about this at the front desk I was told that:" Weddings are always more fun when you are invited." I'm still trying to wrap my head around that one. Was it my fault for staying at the hotel without being invited to the random wedding outside my window? In any case be aware of events in the courtyard if interested in quiet location.

door lock didn't work which was a real disruption, shuttle service not fully available, room not clean, first night shower drain was very slow, phone didn't work, maintenance never fixed the door or phone issue. location amazing, walkable to restaurants, right on beach. Good coffee in morning included. A little disappointing that the 'resort' is so tired and in need of better maintenance and cleaning to make it a great experience.
