"The Shores" One Bedroom with A/C Steps to La Jolla Shores Beach, San Diego

Whether seeking adventure or serenity, when you stay at "The Shores" you can set your vacation goals high with an unbeatable location, charming beachy decor, and thoughtful design to address a variety of visitors' needs. You will be mere steps away from the unrivaled natural beauty of the La Jolla coastline, inviting local restaurants & shops, sea cave & canyon exploring, sun tanning & sand strolling.

The Shores has recently been completely redecorated with a clean, modern, beach aesthetic.

 The Shores has 1 bedroom and 1 full bathroom. The bathroom has a walk-in shower and comes stocked with many toiletries (including shampoo, conditioner & bath soap). Comfortable linens are provided.

 The one bedroom has a king size bed with a beachy vibe, room darkening shades and one set of linens provided. It's the perfect place to rest your eyes after a long day strolling the shores searching for shells or snorkeling with the (completely harmless but really beautiful) leopard sharks. There is also a tv & a small desk with reading lamp and office chair.

 The kitchen is equipped with stove, oven, microwave, toaster and Keurig. It comes stocked with basic cooking pans and utensils so you can "stay in" comfortably when you're not enjoying all of the restaurants, coffee shops and markets in the area.

 The living room area has plenty of seating including a sofa which can be pulled out into a queen size bed. Linens are provided as well. Pease let us know if you plan on using the sofa bed so we can make sure all linens are ready for you. There is also a large tv in the living room area equipped with both cable and basic streaming apps.

 There is free WiFi throughout the apartment.

 There will be boogie boards, beach toys, umbrella, beach towels & beach chairs available for your use. There is also a small selection of board games & reading materials to occupy your time when you aren't out exploring the area!

 Have a larger group? There are 2 more apartments (both 2 bedroom apartments) right next door, in the same building. Please inquire for availability.

 The entire apartment will be available and private to your group while you are there.

 I will be available for help in person or by phone if you need anything during your stay, otherwise I usually try to leave our guests alone to fully enjoy their trip! I live close by so I can usually be there very quickly if needed.

 Please note that The Shores is above a restaurant and right in the middle of the main part of La Jolla Shores, so there can be some background noise and music heard from the restaurant while it is open and people walking down the street. It isn't extremely loud but is audible.

 The restaurant closes at 10PM but please note that it is a restaurant so although closing time is 10PM, the noise may continue longer as there may still be patrons present finishing up dinner and staff closing up.

 The apartment is on the 2nd story of the building, therefore all guests will need to be able to climb one flight of stairs to access the condo. There is no elevator available.

 As required by the city of San Diego, all our guests must review and comply with San Diego's Good Neighbor Policy. We will be requesting for your email address in order to send this document as well as the stay packet prior to your stay.

 Also, there is only street parking available. You may have to walk a block or few to get to the apartment when parked, however, we have not found it to be difficult to find parking and give advice on where to look for parking if you do. There is, additionally, a place right in front of the building where you can pull up and drop people & luggage off.
