Renovated house 300 m from Miramar beach

T4 house of 65m2 duplex, furnished and equipped with contemporary materials:

On the ground floor, a comfortable and bright living room, with sofa/ armchairs and TV, a fully equipped kitchen (ceramic hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, multi-function microwave oven, Nespresso coffee machine and filter coffee maker, toaster,...), a snack plan for meals in a friendly atmosphere.

A bathroom/ WC with shower design and equipped with a washing machine.

Upstairs, sleeps 6: 2 air-conditioned bedrooms (lit160x200 and 140x190) and 1 cabin room with 1 trundle bed (2x1pers), all fitted with cupboards to store your personal belongings.

The house is located in a quiet environment. It has a private fenced garden, with sunbathing for relaxation and sunbathing, a terrace with table and garden chairs for aperitifs and meals or grills (Weber gas barbecue) and an outdoor shower for rinsing after the beach.

The house is located in La Londe les Maures (Var), town between Hyères Les Palmiers and Le Lavandou.

It is ideally located: 300m, the sandy Miramar beach, the forum with restaurants/ bars and shops, the marina with daily shuttles in summer for the islands of Porquerolles and Port Cros, the coastal path that runs along the coves with turquoise waters (beaches Léoube, Estagnol, Cabasson...) to the Fort de Brégançon, many bike paths through vineyards and olive groves...

Parking near the residence (location along the road and several free parking). Optional, possibility of private location (contact me).

For the end of stay cleaning you have the possibility either to carry out it by yourself, or to take the option "end of stay cleaning" at the rate of 70 €

Towels, tea towels and bed linen (sheets/ pillowcases) are not provided but have the opportunity to rent from the Forum Laundry which is 300m from the house. You can consult the website "laverie du Forum" for any useful information.
