Custom service is super friendly and patient even though we showed up late almost midnight to check in. One of us is stroked-recovery person. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. They had many convenient amenities here. Steph & Vic

The staff was rude about us finding and being eaten alive by bed bugs, switched rooms, there was still bed bugs. We showed videos and they were hesitant to change our rooms, had to hassle to be moved floors.

They room hard a bad odor, I saw a roach in the bathroom. The beds were uncomfortable I was charged a energy fee and had to put down a deposit to use the iron
