Guest Access:
Guests have exclusive access to the entire courtyard and pool area, shared only with the house owners as 1 small suite. We live on the property with our three children, which adds to the family-friendly atmosphere, and we are always available if you need any assistance or local recommendations.

Respect for Neighbors: No loud parties are allowed. This is a residential area, and we ask our guests to be mindful of our neighbors.

Parties or events is not permitted. Only persons on the reservation can attend.
1. **No Parties or Events**: Guests are not allowed to host parties or events on the property.

2. **Guest Limit**: Only the registered guests are allowed on the property. Any additional visitors must be approved in advance.

3. **Noise Levels**: Please keep noise levels to a minimum, especially after 10 PM.

4. **Consequences**: Violation of these rules may result in immediate cancellation of your stay.

5. **Communication**: If you have any questions about acceptable use of the space, please contact me directly.

6. **Smoking Policy**: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the house. A fee of 5,000 pesos will be charged to anyone who violates this rule.

7. **Checkout Time ** Checkout is at 11:00 AM. Guests must vacate the property by the designated checkout time. Failure to comply will result in a 1,000-peso fine per hour until the guest leaves

Pet Policy:
We welcome well-behaved dogs, but unfortunately we do not allow cats due to allergy concerns and past property damage.
Pets are not allowed on the furniture, and must not roam freely on the property — please keep them leashed and take them off-site for bathroom needs.

Failure to comply with the rules will result in the cancellation of the reservation without refund.
