Apartment located in the Belle Plagne resort in the heart of the Paradiski area at 2050 m altitude. It is at the foot of the slopes, which allows a ski start and return.

It is located near the shops and has an underground parking space with direct access to the building.

The apartment has a closed bedroom with two beds, a living / dining room with 1 convertible sofa, a bathroom, a kitchenette and a 10 m2 mezzanine in the sloping area with a bed double. It has a bathroom with bathtub and a balcony. The apartment is comfortable for 5 people, possibility of sleeping 6.
The floor area is 38 m2, the Loi Carrez area is 31.5 m2.

The apartment has a large 102 cm diagonal television which is rare for a mountain apartment.

A set of à la carte services is provided for a carefree stay.

Great little ski in/ski out chalet

Compact, but fine for people who get on. Comfy beds, & good bedding & towels. Nice shower. Separate toilet a bit of a squeeze. Lovely views from lounge/balcony. No oven, only microwave with grill, in addition to hob. Great to ski in & out of. Ten minute walk up the slope to the Spar & bakery. Ski storage good, but not space for 4 sets of skis & a snowboard.-would struggle to fit 6 x skis. Would definitely go again.

Excellent apartment for two couples.

Lovely little apartment with ski in and out. Late afternoon the slope down to Bellecôte was a little difficult but you can always take the cable car down if you have beginners with you.

Xmas Getaway

Lovely apartment, ski in, ski out. Convenient ski locker room on site, lovely views from bedroom and lounge and all necessary facilities. Communication with the owner Christophe was helpful and response was quick. Would recommend this apartment. We are a family of 6 and with a bit of a squeeze, managed rather well for a 10 day stay.

Another amazing holiday

Our second stay at this property and we have already booked again for next year. Christophe always responds with any queries very quickly and always helps with any questions and is very accommodating. It is perfectly situated and is in the best location. A good size apartment for a family of 4 with plenty of room to store all your things.

COMPACT BUT PERFECTLY LOCATED APARTMENT FOR SKIING

Communication with owner excellent so check in/out very easy Great to have dry underground car parking facilities plus use of a ski locker Video showing how to find the underground car park priceless. Great location!

The apartment was well furnished, a fantastic ski-in, ski-out location on the piste in Belle Plagne. There was plenty of room for 3 in our party. A couple of things to be aware of - the stairs to the sleeping area on the mezzanine are very steep, and the sloping ceiling above the bed is quite low. The apartment was warm, had a lovely little balcony, and the linen and towels provided were perfectly adequate. We would book again!

Appartement très bien situé pour les skieurs. Très belle exposition. Rien ne nous a manqué. Seul bémol, la chaleur dans l'appartement sans mettre un seul radiateur en fonction, difficile la nuit.. agréable séjour dans l'ensemble.

Parfait pour une famille de 4 personnes

L’appartement est idéal pour 4 personnes, idéalement situé et très bien équipé. École de ski et commerces à 5 minutes à pied. Difficile d’imaginer être plus que 5 personnes autour de la table de la salle manger. La boîte à clé est très pratique pour l’arrivée et le départ. Nous recommandons le logement sans hésitation.

Emplacement au pied des piste, bien agencé, bien équipé

2ème fois que nous séjournons chez Christophe et nous apprécions son appartement. Il est fonctionnel et très bien placé au pied des pistes. La place de parking souterrain est aussi appréciable, et nous pouvons y entrer avec un Van : l'année dernière c'était un Mercedes Vito, cette année un Trafic... ça passe ;-) L'accès aux commerces plus haut est facile... par la piste ou même en traversant les immeubles et en utilisant les ascenseurs. Nous reviendront certainement !

Appartement spacieux pour 4 et super bien placé

Appartement avec balcon donnant sur les pistes... un vrai bonheur de partir skier le matin et rentrer le soir. Bien équipé, suffisamment spacieux pour une famille avec 2 enfants. Accès rapide aux commerces (ça fait un peu d'exercice de monter à pied par la piste, mais c'est fait en moins de 10mn) Nous avons aussi apprécié la machine Nespresso Quelques points à revoir que nous avons transmis au propriétaire qui semble bien prendre en compte les demandes.

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine à Belle Plagne dans cet appartement ensoleillé, confortable et spacieux (parfait pour une famille de 4). L’accès direct aux postes de ski est idéal. Literie de qualité. Nombreux rangements. Parking couvert. Immeuble calme. La vue est top ! Il nous manquait juste une petite info concernant l’étage, ce qui aurait facilité notre arrivée de nuit dans la résidence. Ménage un peu négligé mais tout le nécessaire disponible pour rectifier. Nous recommandons cet appartement.
