La Richardais, Dinard

We quite liked this property. It is in a quiet neighbourhood just off the main road into Dinard. A good location for visiting St Malo and Cancale. The house remained cool in the days where the temperature exceeded 30c. All the facilities worked, dishwasher, cooker and washing machine. The only failing was the lack of Wi Fi. Although advertised there is no router in the house. The only wi fi was a hot spot which we were unable to log onto. This meant we were forced to buy extra data from our mobile phone provider. We had to leave three days early to attend an event in Normandy, but this was not because of the house.

Excellent séjour à La Richardais. La maison est très agréable, son environnement aussi, très calme. Les commerces sont à proximité. Son emplacement est idéal pour visiter Dinard, Dinan, les villages des bords de la Rance, son estuaire et l'usine marémotrice, St Malo et Cancale...à mi-chemin entre le Cap Fréhel et le Mont St Michel.

Très belles vacances!

Maison dans un quartier calme, point de départ idéal pour visiter la côte d'Émeraude et pour de belles balades en vélo le long du canal d'Ille-et-Rance.La maison correspond exactement à la description donnée et est équipée de tout le nécessaire (et même plus) avec un garage bien pratique pour y ranger les vélos.Nous avons bénéficié d'un temps exceptionnel et avons passé un excellent séjour.

Maison fonctionnelle, lumineuse et bien située pour visiter les alentours. Maison bien équipée, adaptée pour une famille avec enfant. Lieu très calme.Possibilité de se garer juste devant la maison.Proximité des commerces appreciable. Parc joliment arboré proche de la maison.Nous recommandons cet hébergement.

Semaine à Dinard

Propriétaire réactifs et accommodants lorsque j'ai du modifier une journée de ma réservation. Le gestionnaire était aussi cordial et prévenant.Nous étions 5 dont deux jeunes de 12 et 13 ans.La maison est bien située dans un quartier calme, à proximité des commerces, du parc Breton et de la plage. On peut tout faire à pied (10/15 mn) !Elle contient tout ce dont on a besoin en cuisine et du matériel pour les familles avec enfant en bas âge. Les couchages étaient confortables. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour, Dinard est une belle ville où il fait bon se balader, se ressourcer et visiter la région. Cette adresse restera dans notre carnet pour une prochaine fois !

Location qui demande a être remise au goût du jour, mobilier vieillot etc...concernant le ménage celui-ci devrait être plus pointilleux...par compte ce logement est bien équipé en puériculture.

Entspannter Aufenthalt in ruhiger Lage

Sehr gut ausgestattetes Ferienhaus, wie beschrieben waren es weniger als 1km zum Strand vorbei an einem idyllischen Tierpark, sehr ruhige Wohnlage. Leider war in der Beschreibung des Ferienhauses nicht erwähnt, dass Hantücher und Bettbezug mitzubringen sind. War aber kein Problem da in ca. 500m ein Geschäft war wo wir dieses kaufen konnten

Nous avons passé une semaine parfaite dans cette maison : sa propreté, son aspect fonctionnel et sécurisé pour de jeunes enfants, l'emplacement idéal par rapport aux commerces et a la plage, tout en étant au calme.
