Fete anniversaire

Le propriétaire n était pas là le ménage pas fait les lits aussi la réception des clés était a partir de 16h00 nous avons eu les clés seulement à 19h30 fuite du lavabo serviettes en dessous tremper . Voilà après 9h00 de route ma famille était très déçu et pour ma part je demande le remboursement du séjour. Cordialement MR Turpin
