Nice remodeled golf villa, walking distance to the beach, also near to the Marina and the hotel, it is a two story, fits for couple of families, maximum 12 people. 5 bedrooms villa, 2 masters with king size beds, 3 bedrooms with 2 queen beds each, , total of 8 beds, spacious rooms, first floor includes 2 bedrooms, kitchen, Living and TV area, bar area, guest bath, big terrace and a pool table; second floor includes 3 bedrooms, Living room, guest bath, kitchen, dining room, pool and Jacuzzi.
House also has a nice yard with playground for kids and picnic area.

Rental includes maid for cleaning and serving, cook, garderning and pool cleaning service. A baby sitter available upon request.
Tea, Coffee and 1st. welcome breakfast included, others breakfasts provided by guest

One 4 seats golf cart included.

Home was well kept and location was wonderful. Villa staff could have been more friendly. They did not smile much and were not as helpful as other staff we have had. There was a language barrier so I'm sure that was part of it but a smile is a universal language!

Great stay and location

Nice home , perfect for 2 families or more . Well staffed and excellent property manager. The housekeeper needed some cleaning direction but otherwise very helpful and they did shopping, cooking and laundry. Walk to beach.

Perfect getaway.

We had an amazing time. The house was just perfect for the 12 of us. Everyone had their own room/bathroom. The staff was very helpful. Manuela was a joy to work with and was always available to help make our stay perfect.

Good location but needs some updating and maintenance

Staff was very friendly. However, check in process and upfront communications were not very well organized. The property is in need of maintenance and updating. Issues included: peeling paint in the hot tub, old kitchen supplies, inoperable a/v system, pool table was in poor condition, landscaping was low quality, furnishings were basic and sparse.

Cozy Villa with a solid staff

Simply Amazing!

I don't know where to begin. Could be the villa itself was beautiful, or the staff (cook and housekeeper and coordinator) where amazing to work with... The overall experience I was able to give my customers in there words was "over the top." I would highly recommend this villa to anyone. The big key for me was the communication (since I don't speak Spanish) between myself and the villa coordinator Manuela; she was responsive, professional, and even offered recommendations with in Casa de Campo. Can't wait to rent this villa or one of the others they have to offer in the future.
