The hotel, staff and breakfast are all good. I would have given the hotel a 4 or 5 overall rating but, I had prepaid on Expedia early on the day of arrival. On arrival I was asked to pay again as the reception staff said I hadn’t paid. Therefore I’ve now paid twice. After proving I’d paid twice they’ve said they will get a refund. I check out today but still no refund so I will have to chase after departure. All good apart from that but the room space is a bit tight. I would use KYRIAD again as have stayed before.

Bon rapport qualité prix. Une légère odeur d'humidité dans la chambre supérieure (qui est la chambre PMR) difficile à évacuer avec la petite fenêtre de la chambre. Climatisation silencieuse et literie confortable. Petit déjeuner décevant pas de jambon ni d'omelette ou pain complet, oeufs durs et blanc de poulet était disponible.
