The staff were helpful, they addressed a check in issue immediately. The room was clean. I would not bother to get the breakfast though, it’s quite limited in options.

The hotel, staff and breakfast are all good. I would have given the hotel a 4 or 5 overall rating but, I had prepaid on Expedia early on the day of arrival. On arrival I was asked to pay again as the reception staff said I hadn’t paid. Therefore I’ve now paid twice. After proving I’d paid twice they’ve said they will get a refund. I check out today but still no refund so I will have to chase after departure. All good apart from that but the room space is a bit tight. I would use KYRIAD again as have stayed before.

Idéal pour une escale

Idéal pour une escale, avant de prendre le bateau par exemple. La chambre est très petite mais propre, insonorisation faible, parking vraiment petit. Mais personnel d’accueil present toute la nuit. Nous avons tout de même bien dormi.

De los peores hoteles en los que he estado

Las esquinas del baño negras llenas de humedad. La pintura escarchada y las sábanas manchadas. El tamaño de la habitación es minúsculo y las cortinas no tapan la luz solar, te ven desde la calle. Poca intimidad, no lo recomiendo.

Confort de la literie pas du tout confortable qui à déclencher un mal de dos insupportable ,les espaces entre le lit et le mur était serré, les oreillers je n en parle même pas ,le petit déjeuner pas trop de choix pour le prix ....sale de bain trop petite ....bref pourrait convenir pour une personne et de passe pour une /deux nuit ....
