The Space:
This spacious oceanview condo with a large private terrace is in a magnificent location overlooking the La Ventana Bay/Sea of Cortés. It provides a luxurious escape and will soon become the perfect place to make new memories and vacation stories! It’s one of NatGeo’s top 3 winter destinations for kite surfing too and you can really get in and enjoy an authentic Mexican Baja-style fishing village too!

The main spaces of the 1033 sq ft | 96 sqm 2nd-floor condo:

- Open-plan living area with extraordinary panoramic views of the Sea of Cortés from all angles. Sunset views are spectacular, and you’ll get lots of natural light to bring energy levels up. Open the sliding doors for a fresh morning breeze. It’s a fantastic place to enjoy relaxing downtime at home on the sofa with a wall-mounted flat-screen Smart TV and satellite Internet to enjoy your streaming TV services.

- Dining room just off the living room with a table to seat 4 extra comfortably on cushioned seats for enjoying meals at home and a good conversation.

- The kitchen features granite countertops and a center island/breakfast bar where you can cook or just hang out with a cocktail enjoying the ocean views. The kitchen is fully equipped with a stovetop, oven, all the cookware needed to enjoy a meal at home and a dishwasher for easy cleanup!

- Large private terrace with table and chairs for a great way to start your day and breathe in the fresh morning air with a cup of coffee or to wind down the day after the beach with a cocktail or mocktail and enjoy the magnificent La Ventana Bay sunsets. Guest Access:
Any access codes or key location information needed will be provided before your check in. You’ll have complete privacy during your stay, with exclusive access to the condo and shared access to Club Cerralvo community areas.

The Neighborhood:
Located between El Sargento and La Ventana, in the Club Cerralvo Condominiums. The complex provides breathtaking views of the beach and sea, plus a large condo swimming pool with chaise lounges and umbrellas. The hotel has kayaks and shaded lounge areas, BBQ grills and firepit area all by the pool and available to guests.

North of the condo is El Sargento and south is La Ventana. This area along La Ventana Bay is wonderful for enjoying the beauty of a true Mexican fishing village away from the bustling town center. This area is perfect for outdoor adventures and water sports, especially kite surfing! But you’ll have options for fishing, spear fishing, diving, snorkeling, mountain biking, hiking and more. You’ll be about 40 min from La Paz city center and about 2 hours from San José del Cabo.

Getting Around:
The condo is about 36 miles | 57 km or about a 50-55 min drive to/from the Airport (LAP) and a it’s a 2 hr 5 min drive or 92 miles | 148 km to/from San Jose del Cabo International Airport (SJD).

Other Things to Note:
IMPORTANT TO NOTE: The area experiences water shortages where at times you can be without water for 4-5 hours. Recycled water is an easy alternative to help us, and the environment, with the shortage of water resources. We ask that you please use water consciously, turning it off when it's absolutely not needed and recycle your shower water for times when needed to flush the toilet. (Simply place the bucket under the running shower while you wait for the water to warm up and use it later, if needed, to flush the bathroom).

The TVs are equipped with streaming services to provide various entertainment options. Please note that cable channels are not available.

Please refrain from consuming food or beverages in the living room.

Please follow all pool rules at the complex. All guests must wear swimwear. Entry to the pool area is permitted only when wearing suitable swimwear.

Please note that the pool is not heated.

We provide some basic essentials complimentary upon arrival (note: these are not replenished): drinking water, a roll of paper towels, a set of napkins, a sponge, liquid soap & trash bags. And in each bathroom, you’ll find a roll of toilet paper, some liquid hand soap, a bar of soap for the shower, shampoo, and bath towels.

Please keep in mind that any damaged or lost items such as towels, sheets, blankets, broken armchairs, furniture or wall stains will be charged at the time of check out.

Electricity is not included for long-term stays of 15 nights or more. There’s a $56 USD weekly electricity fee in this case, charged on the day of check in.

A security deposit may be required prior to arrival or at check-in, subject to the booking platform used to make the reservation. This fee is charged as a credit card transaction and refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.

Guests will be requested to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation.

There is a penalty of $20.00 USD for late check-outs.

HOUSE RULES:
- Travelers must be at least 21 years of age or older to book.
- No smoking of any kind (tobacco, cannabis, etc.) is allowed inside the condo and the use of any recreational drugs in the house is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will incur a $300 penalty.
- No parties, events or illegal activities are permitted. Excessive noise is not tolerated, especially after 10 pm, to respect the neighbors.
- No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed.
- Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages that occurred during their stay or cover necessary extra-cleaning charges if such is needed after their stay.
- Renters may be required to provide a government ID on the day of checking in or during your stay.
- Pets are not allowed.
- Please avoid sitting on the sofas while wearing wet clothes - this practice stains fabrics and creates mold. You will be responsible for any damages made to the furniture during your stay.
- Please close and lock all doors and windows upon check out. By failing to do so you will incur a penalty of $50 USD.

Please note that you may hear dogs barking during your stay, as some neighboring homes have dogs.

As a precaution, please do not lock the interior doors, as we do not have keys to open them if needed. If locked, we would need to call a locksmith and guests would be responsible for covering the fees.

Interaction with Guests:
You’ll have complete privacy during your stay, however, should you need anything, let us know. We’re available 7 days a week.
