What a great place! Clean, only 15-20 minutes from Zion. Grocery store right up the road. Beds were comfortable, kitchen has everything you need. Would stay here again and again on Zion trips.

Loved our stay while visiting Zion

Zion’s edge was perfect for our time visiting Zion! The house is so spacious - more than the photos show and it is well appointed. The kitchen had everything you need, the bathroom towels and toiletries provided were great, and the beds were extremely comfortable. The house is about 25 minutes from Zion and it was a lovely ride. It is also closely located to restaurants and stores. We would definitely stay here again!

Gateway to Outdoor Adventures

Great stay in Southern Utah. Property was clean, spacious, and located within 20 minutes of Zion NP. Also within 2.5 hrs of Bryce Canyon, Glen Canyon, and the North Rim of the Grand Canyon, along with other outdoor adventure spots. Great communication with the host! Will be back!

Excellent stay and Host

Host is very kind and immediately responds. Wonderful experience and close to everything. Home is beautiful. Home provides everything that is needed to enjoy a nice stay. Including nice shampoo and conditioner. Very comfortable and fit four us is perfectly each with our own vehicles.

Bryan is a great host!

Great communication with host, he even came by to fix shower drainage problem! House has a good floor plan for our party of 10. Great detail for bathroom hall with many hooks for towels. Lots of kitchen and laundry supplies. We all thought beds were comfortable. Nice quiet neighborhood and nearby grocery store. Kettle leaked and grill was dirty and not pellet - it’s propane. Besides those tiny details, would still recommend and stay again. Thanks Bryan!
