This four bedroom (plus loft) home on 14-acres in LaGrange, Ohio, is perfect for a large group. A separate library/game room and office/exercise room provide options to spread out, while the large dining area, livingroom, and covered patio allow your group to come together. The property also features a beautiful acre-and-a-half pond, ideal for catch-and-release fishing and nature walks. Located 25 min. from Cleveland, 45 min. from Cedar Point, and 10 min, from Oberlin College. Our spacious home is the perfect spot for families or groups to kick back, relax, and reconnect! We don't just sleep 18—we’ve got plenty of room to lounge, watch movies in the cozy living room, share a meal in the big dining area, or dine al fresco on the huge covered patio. Need a little solo time? Escape to the office/workout room, complete with a big desk and treadmill. If the kids are getting restless on a rainy day, send them to the library/game room to read and play games while you enjoy some peace and quiet. Got fishing skills (or none at all)? Our catch-and-release pond, stocked with bluegill, catfish, and bass, guarantees even the most "novice" fisherman a catch! A heads-up: there’s a working garden and greenhouse in the back, and the gardener may be around now and then. Landscapers pop in weekly to keep the yard looking great, but they won’t bother you if you're outside enjoying the fresh air. We are set up to host small weddings or other events. Message us for details and pricing. The two and a half car garage provides covered parking for any weather. The entire home is for rent, as well as the large yard. The acre and a half pond is shared with the neighbors but can be used for fishing or nature walks at no additional cost. Coming Spring of 2026 the pond will be available for daily rental to swim with our floating dock and use our watercraft. We are at the property next door and are available to help with any issues you may have.

WOW—what an amazing stay! Our family booked this stay as a central location to host Thanksgiving dinner for 31 people.I had let our host, Lisa, know ahead of time of the intent to use the space to host thanksgiving dinner. Lisa went above and beyond to make sure everything was ready for the holiday. To my surprise, she left holiday decorations for the table, a basket of snacks, waters, AND farm fresh eggs with a heartfelt thanksgiving message. She even reached out a few days prior to arrival to offer to leave a roaster for the turkey if we'd like. The home was stocked with kitchen gadgets we didn't even realize we would need. We took full advantage of an extra crock pot that was left and tin foil left in the pantry. Cooking for a big group can be stressful, but here it was a breeze. We had everything we needed to make our Thanksgiving feast without having to improvise.The house itself was spotless, super comfortable, and perfect for hanging out together. Plenty of space for games, laughter, and just relaxing. Communication with the host was easy and friendly, and you could tell Lisa really cared about making our stay special.We left with full hearts (and full bellies!) and can’t wait to come back. Highly recommend this home for any family gathering!

The property was amazing! Lots of room and comfort. The host even left local fresh eggs for us to use and snacks. We were able to contact the host easily and they replied very quickly when we had questions. The landscaping was so beautiful - even saw deer back by the pond. Back patio was the perfect spot for sunrise and sunset with a fire. Lots of seating! I would definitely rent here again! This was the easiest, cleanest and most hospitable place I have stayed. Thank you fir being so welcoming!
