Welcome to the little paradise of "the wooded dune" where you will be seated in the middle, at the end of a small new development adjoining a pine forest!
Tranquil, reassuring, green ... find the PEACEFUL ATMOSPHERE of a family neighborhood on your return from the beach, located only 3 km away. Installed in a CONTEMPORARY and SPACIOUS apartment, you will enjoy deckchairs on THE TERRACE which is both shaded and sunny all day, from the BARBECUE in the GARDEN. Thanks to the loaned BICYCLES, you will have easy access to nearby shops or to the beach 3 km away by cycle paths.

LARGE CONTEMPORARY APARTMENT:

The apartment is located on the ground floor of the owners' villa. The two houses have completely independent entrances and the living areas do not face the same side. In addition, you will appreciate the discretion of the owners.

The ocean is very close and you will appreciate the calm of our small housing estate in the heart of the village and very close to a pine forest. There is also a small fitness trail right next to it.

SHORT STAYS (2 nights minimum) possible ALL YEAR. Do not hesitate to contact us.

Bonne base pour explorer une magnifique région

La propriĂ©tĂ© est conforme Ă  sa description. Terrasse fort agreable pour les dejeuners et diners. Il gagnerait Ă  avoir un ou deux rangements supplementaires (notamment pour la vaisselle, c'est un peu mal fichu pour ranger les assiettes ou casseroles). Mais cela reste du detai, la maison reste un bon rapport qualitĂ© prix. Labenne en soit n'a pas beaucoup d'intĂ©rĂȘt sinon d'ĂȘtre situĂ© Ă  quelques minutes de superbes lieux (20 mn de Bayonne, 15 mn de Hossegor, Cap Breton, 30 mn de Biarritz...). Par contre ne prenez pas Labenne si vous cherchez la proximitĂ© de l'ocĂ©an. 4 km de la mer. CompliquĂ© d'eviter la voiture quand vous ĂȘtes avec de jeunes enfants. La maison est toutefois Ă  10-15mn Ă  pieds d'une excellente boulangerie que vous rejoignez en traversant une belle pinĂšde amĂ©nagĂ©e. In a nutshell it is worth staying there to explore the beautiful places surrounding the location. Sejour aoĂ»t 2019

Erholsame Urlaub an der Atlantik

Wir hatten in Labenne eine ganz entspannte, schöne Woche Urlaub in der nette Wohnung von Orelie und David. Wir haben die schöne StrĂ€nde von Labenne und Capbreton mit Fahrrad entdeckt, es gibt 2 FahrrĂ€der fĂŒr Erwachsene vor Ort. Die Wellen dort sind einfach super! San Sebastian und Biarritz sind dan mit Auto zu erreichen. Vielen Dank an David und Orelie fĂŒr Ihre Hilfsbereitschaft!

séjour trÚs agréable, au calme et bien situé pour rayonner dans la région. l'appartement est spacieux pour les jours de pluie. les propriétaires sont sympathiques, et restent discrets malgré le fait qu'ils habitent aux dessus. l'appartement est bien insonorisé et totalement indépendant de leur logement. seule petit bémol quand on y passe une semaine, peu de rangement pour les provisions alimentaires coté cuisisine. encore merci pour tout, Marie

bel emplacement, quartier calme

un rez de chaussée bien composé avec une belle terrasse, une ambiance de fraßcheur malgré la chaleur de l'été. Tout est fonctionnel. Il manque un peu de confort au niveau des accessoires culinaires et des fauteuils, mais c'est bien aménagé dans l'ensemble. Le + sont les deux vélos à disposition et le barbecue. Quartier résidentiel trÚs calme et proche de l'océan.
