We have enjoyed three visits to Suites Sur Lac with our family over the past five years. Our children were particularly fond of the unique amenities during our first couple of visits, such as the opportunity to rent a boat or kayak for a ride on the beautiful lake, the enjoyment of the fire pit with marshmallows, and playing volleyball. On this occasion, we were unable to utilize any of the amenities due to the unavailability of staff to assist with the boating equipment, and the fire pit was closed due to the high fire risk. While certain circumstances are difficult to anticipate, clear communication with customers beforehand would have been greatly appreciated, as it would have allowed us to adjust our plans accordingly. The room's condition was showing its age, which is understandable. However, a fresh coat of paint over a dried patch should not require excessive effort. Regrettably, we do not anticipate returning in the future.

The place was wonderful! The location os absolutely stunning and offres unobstructed views of the lake, the folliage and the mountains. The club access was an added bonus and we absolutely loved the restaurant. The amenities of the loft were perfect and the stay was as cozy as it could get. Host was great and we enjoyed our stay.

Best cottage I’ve had. The view is incredibly beautiful! More beautiful than in the pictures provided. You have to choose the 3 bedrooms option because it got the best view and much bigger spaces.

The room was very well equipped and modern right on the lake with an activity centre available that also was well equipped for tennis and kayak and swimming. The only real drawbacks were the glass front door that lead in quite a bit of light from the lit outside corridor and sun in the morning. It could use a blind. Also, the bed in my room was on a raised part of the floor so that when one got up to go to the bathroom, it would be easy to trip and fall in the dark. Just a bit of bad design otherwise it was great and very nicely situated.

The suites were modern, clean, and it is a quiet area for a nice, scenic view of the mountains and lake. Suites are fully are fully furnished, however, the conditions of some of the cookware is old (worn out pans and pots, chipped mugs and plates). They also have limited cooking supplies - make sure to pack extra salt, pepper, oil etc. Overall, the place is incredible and will definitely be coming back!

the suite was clean and well stocked with most amenities, except for a washer and dryer. the sheets, blankets and pillows were clean. the mini fridge and small dishwasher worked well. wifi was good and we enjoyed complementary netflix. the only problem was a mouse that kept us up at night, running amuk in the suite. someone was sent over to lay down a trap, but we both slept poorly for two nights because we could hear the mouse chewing on something. my wife also freaked out because she almost stepped on it in the bedroom!

We appreciated the view, calm and quiet. Check in was complicated as we did not receive our Unit # and Code 24 hours ahead of our arrival. By the time we got there my cell was out of charge (not your fault) but this meant that I could not receive the Code by text. Also that Code only came in at 4:14 pm, after arrival time.
