2-room terraced house 44 m2 on 2 levels. Living/dining room with 1 pull-out bed (2 pers. 2 x 90 cm, length 200 cm), TV. 1 room with 1 french bed (140 cm, length 190 cm). Kitchenette (2 hot plates, oven, dishwasher, microwave, electric coffee machine, Capsules for coffee machine (Nespresso) extra). Shower, sep. WC. Upper floor: gallery with 2 beds (90 cm, length 190 cm). Electric heating. Terrace. Terrace furniture. Facilities: washing machine. Internet (WiFi, extra). Please note: non-smokers only. Maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed. Smoke alarm. Please note: there are 5 steps between the living/dining room and the bedroom. Instead of an enclosed bedroom, some sleeping areas are located in an open-plan area (gallery, alcove, etc.).
