Vieux mais bien placé

Sans surprise au vu des prĂ©cĂ©dents commentaires, l'appartement et ses Ă©quipements mĂ©riteraient un coup de jeune. Appart bien pour 2 personnes mais compliquĂ© pour 4 car aucun rangement prĂ©vu ni pour les vĂȘtements ni pour la nourriture (seulement une Ă©tagĂšre au dessus de l'Ă©vier). Emplacement idĂ©al, face Ă  la mer et proche du centre. Attention pas de place de parking prĂ©vue pour le logement et tout est payant.

Bel emplacement mais mauvais Ă©tat

L'emplacement est idéal face à l'Océan proche des activités (commerces, bars, restaurants). Quartier trÚs bruyant la nuit en revanche. Malheureusement, le logement était assez sale lorsque nous l'avons récupéré (cheveux dans évier et sur pommeau de douche, poussiÚre et sable) et trÚs sommaire dans un immeuble plus que vieillissant. L'immeuble et l'appart nécessiterait une bonne rénovation. Une climatisation ou un ventilateur en pleine canicule serait bien appréciable aussi

1 Ă©toiles en moins car je pense que les photos doivent ĂȘtre refaites concernant l’annonce, balcon qui a changĂ© ( nous qui venions avec nos deux chats nous contions sur le balcon fermĂ©e ) ainsi que certains mobilier diffĂ©rents, le « petit » four peut selon moi partir Ă  la poubelle c’est pas trĂšs cher de nos jours de racheter ça vue son Ă©tat, et cela aurait Ă©tĂ© bien d’avoir un aspirateur ou balais d’intĂ©rieur ( les deux disponibles sont sur la terrasse plein de sable) a part ça RAS

Magnifique vue sur l'ocĂ©an! parfait pour regarder le coucher de soleil depuis son balcon. TrĂšs bon emplacement ! (peut ĂȘtre bruyant avec les restaurants en dessous en pleine saison) Interhome trĂšs arrangeant sur les heures d'arrivĂ©es et de dĂ©parts. literie qui a un peu vĂ©cu mais appartement agrĂ©able en gĂ©nĂ©ral

Location sale, douche bouchée, lavabo bouché et odeur d'urine dans les toilettes. En arrivant, on me réclame le ménage obligatoire qui se rajoute au prix déjà élevé de la location. Le seul point positif est la vue sublime.

vue magnifique

La vue est tres belle. Attention l ocean est bruyant jour et nuit. L appartement est vieillissant. Les lits superposes sont branlants. pas utilise car nous etions deux. Attention pas de place de parking et a Lacanau c est vraiment un probleme car toutes les places de la ville sont payantes. pas de cilm mais en bord de mer pas besoin. pour conclure, l appartement meriterait un rafraichissement. il n y a pas de rangement. les affaires restent dans les valises. a deux ca va mais a quatre ca risque de coincer.

bon emplacement mais un peu bruyant

Je ne comprends pas pourquoi on donne 80 euros de mĂ©nage pour un appartement qui n'est pas propre, d'autre part dans l'annonce il n'est pas clairement annoncĂ© que le mĂ©nage est obligatoire. On passe de 229 euros Ă  309 euros autant vous dire que ce n'est pas la mĂȘme chose. L'annonce n'est pas claire car on ne sait pas non plus s'il y a un parking ou pas.
