It was renovated into 5 modern industrial apartments in 2022, that range in size and still has the DMS Mail Management sign in the exterior. It's the perfect location for travelers to experience a little bit of our city.

*The preferred mode of travel here is Uber or Lyft. Bicycles work in the downtown area, and we do have a bike rack in the back yard. Bike rental is available at Hub City Cycles at 501 Jefferson St.
