The house is in a rural setting just west of Lake Andes, S.D. The town has a grocery store, gas stations and a BBQ place . It is also located close to Fort Randall/Francis Case Reservoir, six miles north of the dam with great access to boat ramps.

The house has YouTube TV with a fishing theme throughout the house. There are a few steps to get up to the main bathroom and the 3 bedrooms and a few steps down to the recreation room.

The garage is available for your fishing boat or vehicle. There is an additional refrigerator and a small chest deep freezer in the garage area also for your use.

School Reunion Stay

For us, my wife and her sister attending an all school reunion at the Andes Central High School as well as other activities, the location was excellent.The property was in good repair and well maintained - the host provided all the comforts and services (i.e. wifi, AC) that were expected and needed. A great home base for our fishing trips. Only in the house for supper and to sleep but it’s great to go to a home where you can relax with your family after a hot day on the water. Boating Fun

Don is a great host. Easy to work with & responds quickly. I loved getting up in the morning to sit on the deck, drink coffee, read a good book and soak in the quiet. It is close to the lake, and boat ramps. We had a great stay.

Great quiet place for a fishing vacation

First off, Donald was always quick to respond to any of our questions. Nice house that was exactly as stated. Plenty of bed space and a great little deck to relax on. Location was perfect for us. A short drive to the boat ramp for a 3 day fishing trip( the walleye were biting). Garage space is also a nice luxury. We will come back to this location for our annual fishing trip.
