Täydellinen perheen vetäytymiseen ja keräämiseen !! Vain lyhyen 5 ~ 7 minuutin kävelymatkan päässä rannalta, Village & Lake Arrowhead Resort -keskuksesta, lähellä kauppoja ja ravintola, löydät viehättävän mutta tilavan kodin, joka sijaitsee puiden keskuudessa 2 suurella kannella, joissa on runsaasti tilaa istumiseen ja grillaukseen. Sijaitsee nurkassa eristäytynyt 1 hehtaarin erä loistavalla paikalla järvien oikeuksilla ja helpon pääsyn rannalle, järvelle ja kävelyreitille. Täydellinen viihdyttävä (ympäri vuoden kaunis sisäuima-allas poreallas / biljardihuone) tai rentoutumiseen! Kaksi erillistä olohuonetta, joissa on taulutelevisio television katselua tai lukemista varten.

Tämä talo on suunniteltu rauhaa ja hiljaisuutta ajatellen, paljon tilaa perheelle ja ystäville. Keskeisellä paikalla lähellä ostosmahdollisuuksia, ravintola, ruokakauppa ja ranta. Talossa on 5 makuuhuonetta, 4. 5 kylpyä, takka, 2 olohuonetta ja 2 isoa taulutelevisiota. Lisäksi siinä on erilliset biljardipöytä- ja spa-huoneet, puhdas ja hiljainen tila, joka sopii täydellisesti lukemiseen, elokuvien katseluun ja vain rentoutumiseen sekä kiinni nukkumiseen tai ulkoiluun ja nähtävyyksiin.

Hellävaraiset askeleet pääkerroksen sisäpuolelle, 1 iso huone, 2 queen-vuodetta ja kylpyhuone, ison keittiön ja olohuoneen sekä kannen vieressä. Yläkerrassa on erillinen sisäänkäynti (täydellinen yksityisyydelle) 2 makuuhuonetta, joissa molemmissa täysikokoinen sänky ja 1 täysi kylpyamme. Alemmassa kerroksessa on 1 king-size-makuuhuone ja 2 kerrossänky-huoneessa voi nukkua 4 plus 2 isoa täydellistä kylpyä. Talo on täynnä viehätys ja erittäin mukava 3 vuoden vuokra historiaa. Siinä on 2 autotalli ja 2 muuta pysäköintialuetta ulkopuolella. Suosittelemme lumiketjuja luntakaudella, koska yksityisiä teitä ei kynnetä talvikaudella. Kesäaika, talossa ei ole ilmastointia, mutta toimitamme paljon kannettavia tuulettimia käytettäväksi.
Tämä mökki sijaitsee vain lyhyen kävelymatkan päässä kohteesta Lake Arrowhead Village. Majoituspaikassa on saatavilla vesipuisto, poreallas ja pyykinpesutilat. Mökissä tarjoaa asiakkaiden käyttöön esimerkiksi ilmaisen Wi-Fi-yhteyden ja keittiön.

Our family (8 of us) enjoyed a relaxing time at this lovely mountain home. It is spacious and easily accommodates a good sized group, with multiple areas inside and out for gathering.One note of caution: there are MANY stairs, including stairs down to the house itself, so this is not a property that is appropriate for anyone with a handicap or seniors that are challenged with stairs.

Amazing house and host!

What a beautiful house at an amazing location!! Kevin was a great host and responded to our several inquiries very quickly. We would love to stay here again once my son is a little older. My only warning is for families with very small children (my son is almost 2), there are several fall hazards for the little ones and we needed to corral him away from the stairs/living room couch area. However, the bigger kids (7, 9, and 11) loved the house, when we were swimming in the lake they all kept begging to go back and play at the house.

House is large w/ bedrooms across 3 floors. There is no AC and fans are not adquate to cool the upper floors during the day in the summer. We had a challenge checking in (which was partly our fault), as check-in instructions were sent almost two weeks before our stay. Also took a while to get hold of manager to get in. Basic supplies were also not adequate requring us to purchase them. House is in a good location if we want easy access to Arrowhead's central plaza and brewery.

Great location

Had a blast with our family here. Do wish the kitchen was more organized with updated cooking/dishes/utensils, but we survived. Will also warn other renters to bring additional towels to use in the hot tub. Very few towels are provided with the property. Overall a great experience.

Lake weekend

Had a great time here with our group celebrating our friend's good health. Great accommodations, and location was perfect, but ran into a couple issues where we couldn't get in touch with the property manager in a timely manner, and a couple of things were broken upon our arrival that meant we could not use them. There were also not enough fans in the house for every room so some folks had difficulty sleeping in the heat. The property manager was very kind when we did manage to make contact, and accepted responsibility for these minor things. All in all we had a great weekend here.

Fun Bachelorette Party!

We chose this house to stay at for my best friends bachelorette party so there were 8 of us staying at the house. This house is perfect walking distance to the Lake Arrowhead Village. The beds in the home were all very comfortable and the layout of the house is so unique. We loved spending time in the billiards room above the garage, By the fireplace in the living room, and in the spa area downstairs. The host was also excellent at responding quickly to any of my questions or needs and is very polite. The only things I could suggest to you when renting here is there is downside to the spa room meaning you had to dump out the water tray to the dehumidifier almost every hour and they could definitely add some extra towels, toilet paper, and paper towels for each persons stay. Other than those tiny little things, everything was AMAZING! My girlfriends and I did have a absolutely wonderful time and would definitely stay here again. It’s the perfect place for any get togethers to feel like you’re cozy in the woods spending quality time together.

Best location for our family because it's near my brother and the village. It's a very comfortable home for a family. The jacuzzi is fabulous with a view of the trees. We kept it not too hot so that the kids could enjoy it.

Indoor Jacuzzi was heaven on earth!

Kevin was so accommodating! Answered my call when we had difficulty initially finding the place. Once we found it, it was easy to get to after day trips. My sister and I walked from the cabin to the local grill both nights for a get away from the rest of the crew. Completely safe and under 10 min to get to the local stores. The highlight of this cabin was obviously the indoor jacuzzi spa… and we definitely took advantage of it! Kid friendly and adult necessary! It offered basic cooking utensils and dining needs. We loved the multi level structure. The preteens took over the top floor (2 bedrooms and bath), main floor had mom, dad, and young son, and lower level had “cool aunt” and cousin along with jacuzzi, bathroom, and game room. I stayed in the lower level and the king bed was super comfortable!!! We will definitely return!

Peace, Quiet, and everything you could need....

Due to a last-minute issue (on my end), I ended up staying at this property for some quality alone time. While the house is perfect for large groups, it was exceptional for me alone. I cooked (a lot), relaxed, took walks, and caught up on my binge watching.

Great getaway!

We had a wonderful time in this home. Great getaway from everything. House has plenty of rooms and space to spread out and relax. The indoor spa is a major plus, especially in the winter! Plenty of patio and deck space to enjoy the beautiful scenery.
