As of mid-November we’ll have decorated a Christmas tree for your holiday visit! Access to Lake Charles Lakefront Promenade and Mardi Gras Museum of Imperial Calcasieu are a short walk from this unit: Olive Bayou. Take the kids to Millennium Park for Pirate exploring before walking downtown to enjoy year-round fine dining and entertainment. Enjoy the daily wildlife right outside the back door in the open green space. This quaint unit is sure to be a place you visit more than once.
During your stay at this condo building, you're just a quick walk from Lake Charles Visitor Center. Laundry facilities are available. In-room jetted baths and a kitchen are available in the condo.

Good comfortable overnight stay. Lighting downstairs needs to be looked at. Most can lighting either needs lightbulbs replaced and/or can fixtures replaced. The lamp didn’t work either. Downstairs was very dark. Master bedroom tv would not connect to WIFI.

Everything was great and very nice condition, good bedding, towels and finishes. Good wifit. Very convenient to everything and nice quiet place for sleeping. Easy to miss the turn in the first time so daylight arrival is best. YouTube TV subscription works but they will need to download Direct TV to their smart TVs if you use DirectTV.

Lake Charles is my hometown. We were in town for a family wedding and opted for a rental rather than a hotel for comfort and privacy. This townhome is located downtown close to restaurants and nightlife. It offers privacy and a 2 car carport. We were thrilled to be able to walk to one of our favorite restaurants for dinner. There is a view of the lake from both the front and back doors. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip home.

Jamie and Joe are wonderful hosts, and this property checked all of the boxes for our stay. The home is clean and well-appointed with every necessity - I didn't find that anything was missing. The location couldn't be better - plenty quiet to escape for an afternoon nap, yet very walkable to many of the restaurants and nightlife Lake Charles has to offer. I highly recommend a stay at this property!

Lovely property, very comfortable, super clean and convenient to everything in town. Both check in and check out instructions were clear and easy to follow. There is room for two cars to park under cover. Kitchen and bathrooms were well equipped and had everything we needed. We will, for sure, stay here again.

Jamie’s place was very accommodating for our stay. The kitchen had everything we needed, and the toiletries were well stocked for our two-night visit. I also appreciated the privacy — no nosey neighbors. The space was well-decorated and kept very neat. My only small suggestions would be adding a pair of kitchen scissors and darker bathroom towels. I would definitely book again. Thanks so much for the stay!

We loved the house! It was warm, welcoming, clean & comfortable. Loved that the Owner had put up a Christmas tree early to make it festive for us! Our only complaint was the TV as we couldn't find the channels we wanted. Otherwise, it was wonderful and we loved the location! Thank you!
