This is a great hotel - very friendly front desk and easy checking. Our room looked newly renovated and plenty of parking. Alot of restaurants close by. The free continental breakfast is better than most other hotels that we stayed during our road trip, Highly recommend staying in this hotel even if you want to be close to Kelowna.

I didn't like that my room was on the highway side, and started to hear traffic starting around 7:am. Also, I paid the same rate I got at the Marriott in West Kelowna 2 days later! I stayed Thursday to Monday, Victoria day weekend, upset rate was high for a motel style accommodation. One way in, and out of the property, so focus, and use caution. Stayed for the convenience of the location, and was nice to shower with plenty of water flow, sinks, and tub drains worked well. Breakfast room needs more organization, and can barely accommodate 2 people at a time. Coffee could be set up at a different place, or toaster to relieve congestion, and improve safety.

Plumbing was extremely loud, shower head leaked, shower fan didn't work and multiple lights were out. To top it off the "door" to the garbage container was left open and hit my vehicle at least once. Luckily it hit some trim and didn't do any damage.

The bed was terrible, no one vacuumed under the bed, bathroom fan covered in dust. Outside dead flowers, come inside as soon as you open the door. No kne sweeps outside the doors.

For the cheap price, I really can’t complain. But when I showed up, my window wouldn’t work properly and my bathtub was clogged from the start. Vending machines also do not take coins or debit, they manually do it for you. Very quiet area all week long. No one screaming. Hotel staff was always available when you called at the front desk and were extremely polite. My room was pretty clean as well for what it was. Trying to U turn back to the Super 8 can prove to be a hassle as everyone in kelowna area likes to ride you A$$ as much as possible than get mad at you.
