What a nice 2 day stay with our dog Shelby! The hotel is nicely updated.Our king efficiency was very nice, roomy, and the bed was SO COMFORTABLE!. All the staff were very pleasant that we interacted with. The pool and hot tub were nice for a quick dip, lots of kids but its Lake George in the summer! I didnt ever see towels at the pool so bring your own. Just some minor comments. Some areas need a detail cleaning. The elevator walls, buttons and floors needed attention as well as the tile floors in the lobby and by elevators. Whatever air freshner is being used in the lobby is way to strong and mixed with the chlorine from the pool was alot. The chlorine smell was better on day 2. Coffee all day is great!! Breakfast was always packed so i only managed to get toast and a bagel. The people running it were hussling for sure. All in all, a very nice stay and thank you for being pet friendly!!

We were supposed to stay 2 nights but had to cancel 1 because my husband couldn’t get the day off. We stayed one night and it was clean and perfect for families! My 2 year old was excited about the pool and the playground. The pillows were too fluffy for me - but that’s my own personal preference. I like a more flat pillow. I have never seen a hotel with 3 beds in it before. It was the perfect set up for our quick family trip. We look forward to coming back and staying longer!

Breakfast was good, we feel there needs to be another staff member helping at high peak times at breakfast and at check in. The room was nice and clean wished both fridges had a freezer and one of the rooms we had did not have a hairdryer available. Kids loved the pool and hot tub and of course the slide.

Great location

Hotel location is great for the area as it's close to everything you may want to do from Lake George to Saratoga. The room was spacious. We were in a 3 queen size bed room which was great as we all had our own bed. The only negative was the bathroom. We were only given 1 hand towel and no washcloths. The toilet was not clean either and there was no shower wash other than a small bar of Dove soap. Because we had gone to a show in Saratoga, we did not let management know until we were checking out as we had gotten in late. Breakfast was fine...a typical continental breakfast. If it hadn't been for the bathroom, I would have given the hotel a higher rating.

Room was very nice, extra comfortable beds, clean, excellent working A/C, clean bathroom. The only drawback was loud slamming doors on the rooms, and barking dogs late at nite, so bring a white noise gadget with you. Complimentary coffee station in lobby could have been cleaner also! Coffee both regular and decaf was great. The outside grounds could have been cleaner- waste garbage can next to kids playground was overflowing and the smell was so bad with bees and flies that you couldn't sit there at picnic tables!! They have a cute little screened in gazebo that was great for sitting outside at night so you don't get bit up by mosquitos, but it needed a good cleaning inside due to slob guests that didn't know how use the cigarette receptacle provided OR the two trash receptacles in it. The breakfast was ok- but eggs were awful!! Seemed fake or powdered- absolutely no flavor at all and were more like a pudding than scrambled. All in all we would return again. Great location. Indoor pool with a slide that kids loved and a toddler splash pool.

We were there for a memorial service so we did not get a chance to really enjoy the amenities. The pool looked fantastic and the breakfast was very good. A lot of choices. The bed was very comfortable and I loved the bathroom mirror. It was lit by touch - very cool. The staff was very friendly and we would definitely stay again.

Great stay

We stayed 5 days family trip . Everything was awesome. The staff were very polite, friendly and helpful. Will definitely stay here again. We stayed in a 3 queen bed room. Beds were comfy, room was clean, no issues. They have washer/ dryer that uses quarters that you can purchase from receptionist which came in really handy. The indoor pool is a plus. We had a rainy day and the children were still entertained. The breakfast was very good. The first day was very packed but still enough food for all just a bit of a wait for the waffle maker. Location is great less than 10 minute drive to everything. Lots to do in the area. My family had a wonderful time.
