walk-out condo is lakefront and within easy reach of all the Poconos has to offer. Furnished for
comfort, the bright, single-level interior has been recently updated to include fresh new flooring,
kitchen cabinets, counters and appliances. A plush sectional, fireplace, and 3 smart TVs set the
stage for comfortable home gatherings after the day's adventures. Free WiFi and a private
washer/dryer round out the home essentials.

❄️ Winter
Access two ski slopes for the admission price of one! Less than a five-minute drive to Big Boulder Ski
Resort and 15 minutes to Jack Frost Ski Resort, this condo is a launch pad for all kinds of winter fun.
Warm up afterward in the condo’s cozy, comfortable living room designed for relaxation after a day on
the slopes. You’ll have access to free firewood for the fireplace!
🌸 Spring
Spring in Big Boulder / Lake Harmony is peaceful, uncrowded, and refreshing—ideal for travelers who
love nature, fresh air, and a slower, more scenic retreat before the busy summer season begins.
Check out nearby Hickory Run State Park, scenic hiking trails, waterfalls, and championship golf
courses. Fire up the grill for “al fresco” dining on the patio, and unwind after a day outdoors.
🌞Summer
Renting this condo during the summer season (approximately Memorial Day - Labor Day) includes
free access for six people to two swimming pools - one just steps away, and another - the Big Boulder
Lake Club (BBLC) - a short walk from the condo. Your complimentary passes to the BBLC would
otherwise cost a family of six $400! In addition to the heated pool at the BBLC, you’ll find tennis,
pickleball, bocce, corn hole, volleyball, and more. You may choose to rent kayaks or boats from the
Lake Club. You could even bring your own kayak and after fun days on the water, take advantage of
the rack space to store it (included for free during the 2026 season).
🍂 Fall
Experience breathtaking fall foliage around the lake and throughout the Poconos. Take scenic drives,
hike crisp mountain trails, or explore local festivals and wineries. There are nearby shops and
restaurants to visit as well. Big Boulder Lake is especially peaceful this time of year - enjoy morning
coffee on the patio, and fire up the gas grill for lake-side dining.

THINGS TO KNOW
Prepaid Boulder Lake Club passes for up to six renters are included with your stay. To make use of the passes, tell the front desk the location of this vacation rental. Doing so will give you access to the pool, beach, and lake. The Big Boulder Lake Club is a short walk or drive from the condo. Your rental includes six (6) pre-paid passes for the club.Additional Passes can be paid for at the lake club at a cost of $25.00 per person per day.
-The Big Boulder Lake clubs address is 127 Lake Harmony Road, Lake Harmony, PA 18624. The address of the club will also be included in your confirmation email.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
