Welcome to The Hideaway on Kirk, a peaceful desert retreat designed for comfort, privacy, and easy Lake Havasu living. Set in a quiet west-side neighborhood, this home is ideal for snowbirds, couples, or small families who want a calm place to settle in — with the lake and town just minutes away.

Inside, you’ll find a bright open layout with modern furnishings, soft lighting, and a warm, inviting feel. The kitchen is stocked for real cooking with cookware, utensils, spices, and full-size appliances, making longer stays simple and comfortable.

Step outside to enjoy the home’s new courtyard — a private, cozy space that adds a little extra “vacation” to your stay. It’s a great spot for morning coffee, a quiet drink at sunset, or winding down between lake runs and dinners in town. Just beyond, your private hot tub is ready for an evening soak under the stars after a day on the water or the trails.

I had everything packed, boat hooked up ready to go. Planned on leaving at 2:30am so we were able to fish a good portion of the day. Considering I had a 2 day tournament and like to pre fish. As Im about to leave, I notice a message from Sarah cancelling my booking. Claiming they already had rented this property. I’m sure she wouldn’t appreciate if someone cancelled on her in the same manor. I had received confirmation the day prior, payment was sent and confirmed, received instructions to enter property and at 2:30 am in the morning, to receive a message that my place to stay has been cancelled really screwed things up for me. That wasn’t cool. Thanks

The kitchen was fully equipped with cooking utensils, coffee maker, pots and pans, everything thing you might need. The home was extremely clean and quiet. Backyard was wonderful. Patio dining set, lounge set and hot tub. The communication with the manager was great, very responsive. Close to several restaurants and shopping. Easy to get to the nearby attractions.

Awesome home away from home

This is an awesome home that is very well stocked! It is in an excellent location in Lake Havasu City. The time that we spent in the backyard was also very relaxing for us and it includes both a hot tub and a gas bbq grill. We stayed for a month and it felt like home to us…only about 50 plus degrees warmer than our weather at home which was great. Ed and Sarah are very caring and awesome hosts!

Wonderful Havasu stay

We spent a long weekend in Havasu and LOVED our accommodations. The home was clean, well-organized, great amenities and the hosts were on top of everything! The kitchen had everything we needed to be able to cook in (entire spice rack was awesome) and we took advantage of the grill too. Highly recommend.

Great place to unwind!

This was a great choice for staying in lake Havasu. Close to everything. Enjoyed a boat rental for a day, golf, and the best part was coming back to a hot tub. The owners were great and immediately responsive. Home was nicely stocked and very clean.

Fantastic home, Great location!

Sarah and Edwards place was absolutely perfect for us! Our hosts made us feel absolutely at home from the moment we got there. Their vacation rental is very well appointed and very comfortable. We spent a lot of time outside in the backyard, simply sitting at the patio table. Ample room to be in the sun or shade as you'd prefer. The hot tub made our trip even more enjoyable. It's the absolute best place to watch the sunset over the lake. There's even a nice little seating area in the front of the home! We are already talking about coming back in the late fall to enjoy this beautiful home again. Thank you Sarah and Edward, we appreciate that you made sure we thoroughly enjoyed our time in Lake Havasu.

Amazing and very clean VRBO!

Super easy check-in, we had an awesome stay for Thanksgiving weekend! Sarah even purchased a turkey roaster that was on the counter when we checked in! The hot tub was fantastic, the grill easy to use. Love that it is dog friendly as well! We have stayed at many rentals and this was a first with a stocked pantry of tuna, soups, canned fruit, pasta, popcorn etc.- what gracious and generous hosts!! Thank you for a great stay!
