Wayside beach on Lake Luzerne is a 5 minute walk through beautiful Mill Park Falls that has stunning views of water falls that connect Lake Luzerne to the Hudson River. This location is walking distance to white water rafting, hiking, a country store, basketball courts, and tennis courts. We supply tennis rackets and a basketball. A 9 hole golf course is 5 minutes away. Lake George, West mountain skiing and six flags Great Escape are 15 minutes away. Gore Mountain is 45 minute drive.

This house is also a 1 minute walk to the Adirondack Folk School where you can take a course in building a boat, blacksmithing, glass arts, woodcarving or many other hands on creations.
