Beautiful Périgord House in the Heart of Bergerac and Monbazillac Vineyards

Nestled in the heart of a working wine and fruit estate on the Bergerac wine route, this characterful house invites you to experience the relaxed lifestyle of the Périgord. It offers an ideal setting for family getaways, trips with friends, or business stays, surrounded by vineyards and orchards, with opportunities to enjoy local delicacies and outdoor activities.



Bergerac town center, with its lively atmosphere and heritage sites, is just a 10-minute drive away. You can easily explore the region’s must-see attractions.



A tour of the estate’s wine cellars and a tasting of house wines are available for an extra charge. All estate products—wines, apple juice, and prunes from the surrounding orchards—are available onsite in the shop.



Well designed and fully equipped, the home stays cool in summer and cozy in winter. Accommodating up to 6 guests, you’ll enjoy spacious, authentic surroundings: a large open kitchen and dining area with seating for 8, a comfortable living room, one double bedroom with a 160 cm bed, and one quadruple bedroom with a 160 cm bed and a 140 cm bed, plus a bathroom with a vanity, toilet, and walk-in shower. The whole space is modern, well maintained, and welcoming.



Outside, you can park your vehicles in reserved spaces. Chairs, a table, and a barbecue are provided for relaxing moments in the sun. The attractive, partly fenced garden overlooks the orchards. During harvest season, you can pick fruit straight from the trees.



Many hiking and biking trails start from the property. Bed linen is included, and essentials are provided to get you started. Just unpack and enjoy!
