The living room is a big, open space with high ceilings, dark wooden beams, and long sofas facing the open fireplace. An ensuite bathroom with shower is supplemented by an additional two-shower bathroom and independent toilet. The kitchen comes well-stocked and fully equipped, including recipe books to inspire your creativity. Outside, two terraces are lined with comfy wicker chairs, a hammock and a large table and chairs for al fresco dining.
Local sites include historic Chantilly Castle, the medieval town of Senlis, and the Abbaye de Royaumont – with Paris and its innumerable attractions just 35km away and easily accessible by train. The area is also famed for horse riding, and there’s a two-course, 18-hole golf course within minutes. The forest of Chantilly is ideal for running, cycling and family walks.
