With one king and one twin bedroom, plus a modern wet room featuring a walk-in shower with seat and grab rails, large sink with grab rail and heated towel rail. Please note the king size room has limited space for a wheelchair but the twin room has wheelchair space between the beds. Outside, enjoy your enclosed patio with a gas BBQ and outdoor seating—perfect for soaking in countryside views over the owner’s land and river. Patio has portable ramp from french doors to patio.

The nearby town of Lampeter has two supermarkets for your convenience and a selection of takeaways. There is an independent butchers, bakers, and greengrocer, alongside a health shop with a vegan and vegetarian café and takeaway.

There are also a few independent coffee shops serving local artisan coffees and cakes. Every two weeks a market is held in the grounds of the university selling home made goods and foods.
