Single family village house in stone of the country, completely restored, with covered terrace and garden, located at the end of road in cul de sac. Very quiet and rural environment conducive to hiking or mountain biking, starting trails at 200m from the house. Beautiful nature. No public transport, good access road, the house is easily accessible by car. Near Givet, the Greenway, restaurants, shopping center and sports facilities (swimming pool, tennis). Only a few km from the Belgian border.
Be careful to program the GSP on the fastest route and not the shortest so you do not end up on a very steep and winding forest road.

Une semaine a Landrichamps

Wir haben hier zu zweit eine Woche im August 2024 verbracht. Altes Haus in ruhiger Lage, Dorf etwas abgeschieden aber gut mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Guter Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen oder Radtouren; Gute Karten oder eine gute App sind aber erforderlich, da die Wege nicht oder kaum gekennzeichnet sind (außer den Haupt-Radwegen); Das Haus ist geräumig und bietet viel Platz, wobei es nur eine Toilette gibt, was bei Belegung mit mehreren Personen problematisch sein kann. Auch erweist sich die Badewanne mit Duschvorhang als nicht sehr praktisch. Gemeinsames Essen mit mehreren Personen erfordert wahrscheinlich etwas Improvisation, da es keinen großen Tisch gibt. Leider ist das Haus etwas vernachlässigt. Die Sauberkeit lässt zu wüschen übrig.In der Küche ist zwar alles vorhanden, was man braucht, aber oft schmutzig und fettig. Wir haben bei unserer Ankunft zuerst alles gereinigt, was wir brauchten. Es wird aber eine Reinigungspauschale von 60,- € berechnet. Die Matratzen sind Okay, es wird aber a priori keine Bettwäsche gestellt. Wir haben unsere eigene benutzt

Erg leuk huis en een prima uitvalbasis voor trips

een leuke oude woning, ruim, van alle gemakken voorzien. Een mooie plek om diverse trips, wandelingen of fietstochten te starten in een prachtig gebied. Helaas is het in het kleine dorpje wat "rumoerig": een hond die bijna de hele dag, avond en vaak ook s'nachts aan het blaffen is wat luid doorklinkt in het dal, een s'ochtends vroeg hardpratende/schreeuwende overbuurvrouw en vaak sóchteends rond 07.15u auto's die voor de deur met draaiende mototr staan te wachten. Desalnietemin hebben we genoten op deze plek, volgende keer nemen we oordopjes mee....

Altes Landhaus in ungepflegtem Zustand

Haus wurde nach dem letzten Aufenthalt anderer Gäste nicht gereinigt. Vermieterin ist uns mit 15 % des Gesamtpreises entgegengekommen, da wir schlussendlich selbst sauber machen mussten. Die Erstattung erfolgte erst nach mehrmaliger Aufforderung. Alles in allem ist Landrichamps ein sehr schöner Ort, der viele Ausflugsmöglichkeiten nach Belgien und Frankreich bietet, jedoch werden wir diese Unterkunft nicht mehr mieten.

Maison dans un village tranquille des Ardennes.

Location conforme à la description. Maison suffisamment grande pour accueillir 7 personnes. On y trouve tous les équipements nécessaires pour pouvoir passer un agréable séjour comme si nous étions à la maison. Le village est tranquille et propice aux balades en campagne et en forêt. Très bon contact avec Sylvia qui nous a donné des idées de balades et de visites dans la région. En résumé un très bon séjour et à refaire...

Le charme d'une jolie maison de village

Une jolie maison de village en pierre, spacieuse, rénovée récemment, très propre et très bien équipée. Tout y est ! Un accueil chaleureux nous a permis de nous installer dans les meilleures conditions. Nous avons apprécié le calme du village, la beauté des environs, les pistes cyclables sur les berges de la Meuse. Nous avons également apprécié la disponibilité de notre interlocutrice, qui a répondu à toutes nos questions et nous a bien conseillés. Un séjour bien agréable !
