Outside you’ll find an expansive outdoor area with hot tub, fire pit, and Blackstone griddle, or cozy up inside with completely new furnishings, a thoughtfully appointed kitchen, wood-burning fireplace, and high-speed internet.
There’s also plenty of games, yoga mats/blocks, an EV charger, baby/toddler basics, and one well-behaved dog is welcome (with addt’l cleaning deposit).
The home is a sprawling bungalow with views from most rooms, and you’ll find it feels quite spacious for a group of 6.
Not just the kitchen is new, but so is everything in it! We’ve included higher-end large and small appliances (Vitamix blender, Breville microwave and toaster, Cuisinart indoor pizza oven, Moccamaster coffee maker), and a variety of dish/glass/cookware to ensure you have everything you need to make and enjoy a beautiful meal. You’ll also find a laundry area tucked back by the second entrance.
Off the large dining area is the new full bathroom, and two of the three bedrooms - one with a queen-sized bed, and the other with two twins. Again, everything here is brand new as of Dec ‘25 - and very comfortable!
The dining area also has the slider to the deck where you’ll find an option for outdoor cooking and dining. A number of cooking accessories for the Blackstone Griddle have been provided as well. Down the stairs connects you to a sprawling patio with more seating, a fire pit and hot tub areas.
Back inside, there is a wonderful lounge with a wood-burning stove, desk, TV, and plenty of cozy blankets.
Off the lounge is the oversized primary with a King-sized bed, featuring its own seating area and TV, and enjoying a semi-private (from the rest of the house) view and patio.
The house sits on 3/4 of an acre and has a large recently-seeded yard that should be a full expanse of lawn by spring. Do note that the yard is not yet fully fenced, so please take care with children and dogs.
