Bed was awful and hard, hair dryer handle was sticky and dirty, shower head had something going on and sprayed water out of the side; therefore, flooding the floor. Asked for different dryer and more towels, never got towels or hair dryer. To top it off we were charged 2x’s. Hoping this gets resolved. To pay $420 for 2 nights for a holiday inn is ridiculous but then to have an awful bed is beyond ridiculous, my husband who never complains about beds even complained. We may as well have stayed down the road for $77 a night.

The rooms are dated and are not clean. The showers have mold/mildew in them. This is an older property that needs to be updated. It is not up to par with the newer Holdiday Inn Express properties. I paid $250 a night for this ? Thankfully it was only for 1 night.

The room had a musty smell, booked a king-got a queen room, no hot water on arrival, towels were dirty and furniture was worn. Many rooms had not been cleaned the previous day by housekeeping. They kept running out if breakfast items.

This is a very nice property. The staff was friendly; however, the individuals that I came into contact with seemed to not have customer service welcoming skills and was a little difficult to understand.

Bathroom ceiling leaks

Bed was very comfortable with the pillows just ok because they were thin. The one problem we had with our stay (room 224) was that the ceiling over our shower leaked when someone showered in the room directly above ours. Also, it was impossible not to get water all over the floor when showering even with the shower curtain firmly tucked inside the tub.
