Disgrace to Holiday Inn name!

This hotel is a disgrace to the Holiday Inn name. The tub had rust marks in it, pieces falling off. The sink felt like it was going to fall apart every time you used it. The bed was the most uncomfortable bed I ever slept in. Could hear someone walking around up above us constantly. The breakfast was cold, no flavor; and the cream curdled when added to coffee. The only good thing I have to day about this place is the girl at the front desk; was wonderful.

Upon check in, we were told hot water was limited, they said if hot water didn’t come out try again in 10 minutes. We tried to shower 6different times and were unable to get any hot water. Secondly we checked in 3 hours past Check in time, and when we go to our room the door was propped open and housekeeping had not finished the room. There were no sheets on the bed linens by the door (And had left for the day). Thankfully the nice person at the front desk had another room to put us into. They moved us
